The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7. The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner. Our room areas was cleaned daily, all th3 staff are trustworthy which is reassuring. The lady who cleaned our room took pride in her job and the rooms were spotless. Thank you Ziva, hope to stay again in March 2026.Fat Tiger restaurant did some amazing and reasonably priced food and non alcoholic drinks. The road leading to the hotel was full of large potholes and car journey even in a large 7 seat people carrier was uncomfortable.

"I recently stayed at Ziva Suites, which claims to be a boutique hotel, and it was a complete disappointment. The pictures on their website are incredibly deceptive and do not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. Firstly, the room I was assigned to was outdated and in dire need of renovation. The furniture was old, the bed was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was questionable at best. It felt more like a budget motel room than a boutique hotel. Secondly, the amenities were severely lacking. The so-called "boutique" experience promised on their website was nowhere to be found. There was no special services that you would expect from a boutique hotel. It felt more like a budget motel. Additionally, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in providing any assistance or making the stay enjoyable. Overall, Ziva Suites does not live up to its claim of being a boutique hotel. It barely meets the standards of a 2-star hotel, and the pictures on their website are a misleading representation of what you'll actually experience. I would not recommend staying here."

Great place to stay. The staff are really helpful with answering all your questions. Sometimes it’s difficult to direct taxis to the hotel and I recommend keeping a screenshot of the map handy

Ziva Suites has been an amazing Host, I enjoyed my stay here. The service and the rooms are amazing. Complimentary Breakfast is really good. The staffs are very kind and polite.

it was a comfortable stay.

The whole experience was amazing. They contacted us one day before our check in date. Sent us location detail, Wi-fi password check in details etc. Check-in was from 2:00 PM but they helped us with the room at 12:00 noon. Room service staff were great, they came to room and helped us within 1-2 minutes after calling them over phone. Only restaurant took sometime to serve but food quality was awesome. There was one issue in billing, but they rectified as soon as we pointed out to them. Overall a great experience. Superb service. Excellent hotel. Room was very big and had ample ventilation.

There was few complaint related to shower is not working as expected in both room during.my stay. Issue with Bathroom door in both room. Rust on standing fan, not expected in 4 star hotel. Wifi was slow. These minute hiccups sometime spoil your pleasant experience. Although, staff and manager was polite and helpful. And food was awesome. Amenities were also good.
