Great location for walking into the city and far enough to be out of the way. Highly recommend. Got the bus to the airport which was right outside the hotel, should have got the bus there at it was super convenient

It was close to the Wawel castle. A little too far to walk to the old town where all the historical buildings are. Breakfast buffet was too expensive.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, gute Betten, hilfsbereites Personal. Einziger Negativpunkt: Frühstück ist sehr teuer.

We loved this hotel. Sleek, large room, easy walk to Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Rooms were large and the bed comfy, although it was 2 singles pushed together and they weren’t zip linked so did move slightly creating a gap. Good selection at breakfast and food in restaurant was good. Room service available. The hotel has parking but pre-book it before you arrive.

Modern hotel close to the city

Hotellet ligger tæt på Wawel slottet ca 20 min. gang afstand. Opholdet var fint og værelset var komfortabelt og ret. Hele oplevelse var ødelagt af personalet i receptionen, som ikke viser interesse for gæster, klæger over træthed. Personalets uniformer/skjorter skal sikkert skiftes oftere og stryges.

Hotel check in was very quick and smooth. The room was very clean including the bathroom. conveniently located next to coffee shops, bus station, 15 mins walk to city centre.

The hotel is OK, but the service was extremely bad. First the receptionist lady informed us that we cannot check-in yet (without any explanation), and she was very rude. Then the waiter at the hotel’s restaurant messed up our order and later he billed us incorrectly and wanted us to pay again (mind you that there is certain currency exchange rate when paying by card). What comes to the room service/house keepers, the cleaners tried to come in to our room multiple times even if we told them that there is no need for the housekeeping. Over all the stay was 5/10. Not too friendly staff but same goes to the locals.

Fräscht och fint hotell. Vi bodde i en svit och den var trevlig och stor. Välfylld minibar. Stort badrum med både badkar och dusch.
