I enjoyed my stay, great amenities, excellent services.

New hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, multiple channels-cable tv. Didn’t honor I didn’t have to pay local taxes, have to ask for reimbursement at airport. No cofee or tea in the room, have to pay if wanted them. Breakfast not included.

Hotel completo y bien mantenido. Solo hay un tipo de almohadas (altas) y se escucha bastante el ruido del pasillo. Falta mejorar el aislamiento de ruido.

Major political protests blocked the road to Duitama and the property refused to allow me to cancel, even though there was no way to get to Duitama.

We were visiting family in Duitama and stayed at the hotel for 3 days with our children. The hotel is a newer hotel, there is a really good service from the staff and it is clean and nice. The breakfast is Colombian with everything that belongs to it. There is a gym and the city's best shopping center next to the hotel

Excelente opción de hospedaje en Duitama. Habitaciones amplias nuevas limpias y muy cómodas. Excelente actitud de todo el personal de servicio.

Me fue bien, check in rápido, hay parqueadero incluído para los huéspedes, aseo excelente, habitación espaciosa y cómoda. Es apto para un viaje de negocios, evento deportivo ,visitar a alguien. .El vecindario es tranquilo, se puede descansar bien.

Lo mejor del hotel es su gente. Todos súper amables y serviciales. La habitación inmensa pero totalmente vacía, para ver la TV casi hacía falta un telescopio, no había donde poder organizar la ropa salvo la cama y una silla de plástico no había donde sentarse, mientras tenías casi el 50-% de la han vacía. Quien diseñó el amoblado no tenía idea de lo que estaba haciendo. El desayuno aunque de calidad aceptable muy pobre.

We are recurrent customers of the hotel. The overall experience is good, although there are opportunities in the buffet breakfast. In line with my previous reviews from past stays, it would be great if there were vegan breakfast options other than bread and fruit.

Good but still hidden fees, supposedly the tax was not included in the price showed by the expedia
