Everyone was great

It's safe place but no store for souvenirs and didn't clean room everyday and no towels or liquid soap.no good Chanel's on tv no signal most of time if stay. Waited to long for food. Reception area very helpful and professional.

Great location, clean, and the staff was friendly. Definitely staying there next time.

This hotel was very good

This was an excellent hotel. Very clean facilities, friendly staff and the hotel referred us to Hector Losada for taxi transport from the airport. Hector was fantastic!

Buen lugar pero la limpieza puede ser mejor

The hotel is comfortable with a very good location. Breakfast is delicious, rooms are spacious, very clean and cozy. Staff is very amigable and willing to please. The only negative thing is a strong onion smell even in the fifth floor.

Não volto. Chuveiro com pouca pressão, ferro de passar sujo, e muito ruído pra dormir. Totalmente fora do padrão de hotéis Hilton que já tinha me hospedado.

There was construction which I wasn’t made aware of before booking. I was looking forward to having some drinks on the rooftop be side of the views but it was under construction. Rooms could smell better pillows seemed like they needed replacing definitely not the Santorini’s smell in used to in hotels. But the area was good. Close to mall and restaurants. Felt safe in neighborhood.

El aseo de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear! Uno paga por un buen servicio y aunque el personal presta este buen servicio, la limpieza de las 2 habitaciones en las que estuvimos no fue satisfactoria.

Loved my stay , wish I could stay long

Bastante regular, varios inconvenientes: habitación para dos personas incómoda (sonido extractor en el baño, debe haber un switch diferente, hace mucho ruido, las luces de la habitación encienden todo no hay luices parciales. No hiceron aseo un día y otro tocó reclamar para que lo hagan. el sexto piso zona social en construcción, la zona húmeda se solicitó una vez y pasó hora y media y no la prendieron. Por último y a pesar de ser un hotel de alta categoría no tiene una clara señalización para hacer llmadas internas como servicio a la hab, ama de llaves, para todo hay que llamar a la recepción donde solo hay una persona que esta altamente atareada, llamé en algunas oportunidades y se nota que no pueden con todo a la vez; para pedir un vaso, ganchos, prender zonas humedas, etc toca a través de la recepción.

A pesar de que dejé mi tarjeta de crédito registrada en la reservación y así me lo confirmó la persona en la recepción cuando llegue al hotel, todas las veces que hice algún consumo en el restaurante o en room service me dijeron que tenía que pagar en efectivo porque mi tarjeta no aparecía en el sistema. Tuve ir reclamar todas las veces para que revisaran con la recepción y les confirmaran que mi tarjeta de crédito si estaba en el sistema.
