No one accountable for check in, not even after talking and scheduling an specific hour to meet

I had a great stay, there was a time where I had to buy a toilet paper roll. I had a few bugs visit my room and bed, but honestly I enjoyed my stay. Location you have everything right there, a store under the studios.

The apartment was in a great location, close to everything walking distance in town. The street outside however is loud and busy. A great place to stay.

The place itself might be nice, but we were not able to get access. There are no check-in instructions, and no one is available to communicate with - we’ve sent emails via hotels.com with no response, and the phone numbers listed both on the App and on the door of the apartment are inactive. We eventually went elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation.

The property is located a couple of blocks from the bus stop, which happens to be a real big convenience if you want to explore Puerto Vallarta, San Pancho and Lo De Marcos, economocally. It is an easy 5 minute walk from the bus station to the hotel. The bus stop is right at where pretty much all the business's start, on the only incoming road to town. Pro tip: The buses vary is price, but expect to pay no more than 50 pesos for the farthest destinations . That's about two dollars. The place is clean and is an excellent value, the staff is friendly and the place is relatively quiet, compared to the town sqaure. You'll be with 100 feet of some grest restaurant choices, and almost directly under the studio's is a drink cart where you could grab a chair and get an ice cold drink. The one thing I disliked but got over quickly was having to wait for 30 minutes for someone to come give me the code, which could have been done over the phone. I also had an additional hiccup where I was lokced out, as were others, from the main door. The battery had died on the lockset. They did come and open after about minutes. I was a little tocked but got over it. They did come and change the entire lock out the following day. All in all its an excellent value, I think management and or the owner needs to be more cognizant that people can be exhausted after a long day of travelling, do have someone there is a much easier way to do business.

Clean & comfortable. Only problem was a few roaches. Freaked my gf out. Maybe they should spray or maybe the previous guest left food out

Muy bien, sencillo pero muy agradable

El lugar está muy bonito y bien decorado. La ubicación es tranquila y está a unos pasos de una playa muy tranquila y sin gente. Lo malo es que cuando por fin encontramos el lugar, tuvimos que cruzar por unos cables y equipo de trabajo de soldadura que estaba tirado antes de subir a la puerta del lugar, tuvimos que marcar para que alguien fuera a entregarnos el cuarto y tuvimos suerte de que solo tardaron 15 min. Lo decepcionante es que nos dieron una habitación más chica de lo que reservamos, no hicieron ningun comentario hasta que yo se los dije y dijeron no saber lo que yo había reservado pero que esa era la única habitación disponible. Después hablé con la administradora quien me dijo que la app había cometido un error y que habían sobrevendido las pocas habitaciones que tiene, que todas las habitaciones tenían el mismo costo y tamaño y que esa era la que me podían dar o que podían cambiarme a otro de sus hoteles. No accedimos pues ya habíamos usado la regadera y sacado nuestras cosas. Pedi que me hicieran un ajuste pero no lo recibí. El ventilador es ruidoso, no es un hotel, son cuartos, sin lobby o recepción y nuestra comida se llenó de hormigas y la tuvimos que tirar :(

Sayulita es increíble, un lugar paradisíaco. El departamento no me gustó, no coincide la descripción de la habitación que se oferta, con lo que cuentan fisicamente las habitaciones (no WiFi, no kitchenette, no agua caliente), en general la habitación no es lo que pagué y nadie pudo resolver la situación, el personal con el que realizas el check in se deslinda de toda responsabilidad. No les recomiendo hospedarse aquí.

No me dieron la reservación que realice mediante la aplicación, no se me respeto, primero me dijeron que las habitaciones eran igual, me dieron una habitación mas austera, no funcionaba bien el ac. Y un dia despedía olor a caño en toda la habitación, no me dieron solución y se cerraron a que ustedes como aplicación eras responsable de estos errores que habian sucedido,me dijeron que ellos son las reservaciones a como las registran, que la publicidad de las promociones no son las que ellos manejan, ni un ventilador me pudieron llevar para aligerar un poco el calor, quedo muy mala experiencia en todos aspectos, ya que ni cambiar las toallas pudieron hacer. Mala .

The good: Great location, a block or two from the beach and quick 5 minute walk to the plaza. Had a cold A.C. mini fridge, and wifi. Glasses and plates provided. Daily cleaning service, option for fresh towels. Very roomy, and clean, great decoration. Property manager was helpful for check in(see below). The bad: Was difficult to get a hold of someone a day or two before our arrival as the "number was out of range". Called hotels.com but they were no help, as they got the same message. The number on the site seemed to be outdated, so dont know if the propety or the booking site is responsible for that. Finally i got a hold of the propety manager Brian through the AirBnb app and he was super responisve and very helpful there. Check in was quick and easy with the detailed email he sent me, also included things to see and do while in Sayulita. Side note, the correct number is on propertys main door. The water pressure was low, but the water was warm or cold as needed. Shower drained slow so I kept the water off as much as possible as to not stand in a puddle. Had an insect or two on the first day, but killed one and one disappeared never to be seen again, no other sighting since that point..may have been squaters. i think sealing the windows and doors better. would solve this...otherwise super clean. Can be a little loud at night and in the a.m but its expected as you are near a few bars and restaurants. Overall pleasant experience and would recommend it.

Los cuartos están muy bonitos y limpios pero nunca hacen la limpieza! No sabíamos que no había lobby ni áreas comunes y nos fue difícil comunicarnos con las personas que nos iban a decir que cuarto y entregar las llaves. La ubicación es perfecta.

Lo único aceptable es la ubicación, En tres dias nunca tuve acceso a wifi, no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto ni cambiaron las toallas hasta que me queje y lo hicieron a las 9 pm !! Pésimo lugar por el precio. Nada recomendable

Por favor no cometan el mismo error que yo, solo llega un tipo y te da una llave. No hay servicio de limpieza, WIFI no funcionaba. NO HAY SERVICIO NI NADIE a cargo. La peor experiencia de mi vida!!

Not as advertised, per hotels.com, each unit was supposed to have a fridge, kitchenette, coffee maker and microwave, none were available. The room was tiny and above a busy street, so much noise. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to check in... an hour and 15, just the most ridiculous check in process, we even called in advance...and still waited over an hour with our luggage in the streets.
