Excellent hotel & staff. Will stay again

Friendly staff, excellent food.

The hotel was grand Rooms need a wee bit of upgrading i wouldnt call it a 5 star a 4 at the best Staff very friendly Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice

Quiet room, friendly helpful staff

Great hotel, free parking and easy access. Staff are very good, friendly and helpful. Food is excellent, chicken wings and steak sandwich are the best I’ve had in years, simply delicious! Breakfast was excellent in the restaurant. Overall a great hotel, I look forward to returning again soon

Great customer service and restaurant. However we had issues with the shower ( only hot water) and a lot of hallway noise through the night from rude neighbouring rooms!

- they put us in a accessible room. Fairly large, had a safe but no fridge. The button for the toilet was jiggly and the back fell off but they put it back on. Free parking. Comfortable bed. Would only give it a 7.5. Food in restaurant was excellent

Our stay at Westville has been the best of our stays in Ireland to date. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff helped us book our activities, breakfast and meals available on site or walking distance to shops. The staff were also interested in us as visitors and keen to know how we were going with our planned activities. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel one of those places that does everything right. Staff very welcoming and friendly breakfast was very good quality and freshly cooked

Lovely overnight stay , was here for wedding at nearby hotel. Very comfortable beds , room was spotless. Reception staff very friendly and had a great breakfast served by Gary , nice decor in dining room. I had the veggie fry and sausages were homemade and delicious , all food was freshly cooked and hot. Would highly recommend

The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best.

Was a lovely hotel. Had a few problems with staff service in the bar but was resolved quickly. Good hotel

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was beautiful. Bed very comfortable and room was perfectly clean.

This hotel is very well situated within close walking distance of Enniskillen town and Lough Erne. There is a car park for use of residents. My room was large, well furnished and equipped and clean. The public areas were modern and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes. As a town centre hotel, the view from the room was of the rear yard of the hotel and adjacent light industrial unit and there was some background noise, although I did not find this intrusive. The front of the hotel is on a quiet road but close to a major road so some road noise might be expected. Additional facilities are limited but anything you might want would be available in the town. The hotel bar is very comfortable with a good atmosphere. The evening menu was limited but with sufficient choice. An excellent choice for visiting Enniskillen and for touring the Fermanagh lakes and the Geopark.

The staff were excellent, went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. Lovely to get a welcome cake plate in room in arrival. Breakfast was very good, except sauce had split on the eggs benedict, leaving it not very nice, however we had a side order of bacon and were able to save the poached eggs, had these with toast instead and was lovely. Staff were all very pleasant and consistently asking if there was anything we needed. Room was spacious and comfortable.
