礁渓でのお気に入りの宿です。こちらの宿の特徴のひとつが、客室に広い温泉があることです。外をみながらゆっくりお湯に浸かり、海外旅行の疲れを癒すことができます。そのお湯も柔らかなものです。お肌がスベスベになりますよ。客室は清潔感があります。冷蔵庫内にはビールやソフトドリンクが完備されています。朝食は数種類のなかから選ぶことができます。そしてその味わいも良かったですよ。朝食はメイン5種のなかからひとつを選択、サラダバー、そのほか多数のおかずのバイキング。ボリューム、内容ともに良かったですよ。

住宿環境好，服務人員都親切有禮，交通便利，館內的活動也都滿有趣，離礁溪火車站非常近，轉個彎就到了～

大廳人員非常貼心

1、車開到路口後保全親切又熱心的引導停車。 2、停好車前就有接待人員等在一旁準備幫忙拿行李進館。 3、踏進館內後寬敞舒適香味怡人，櫃檯人員不僅有禮貌情緒價值也給的頗足。 4、Check in的過程流暢，從櫃檯到房間的路程上還有接待人員介紹館內設施、特色及注意事項，非常細心。 5、這次入住標準雙人，房間非常之大，床的包覆感非常足，會讓人捨不得起床；獨立衣帽間及乾濕分離的衛浴，不得不提的是泡湯的空間真的非常大，兩個大人下去泡空間都還綽綽有餘而且房內有附除濕機房內沒有潮濕感。 6、早餐先講結論很好吃吃的很飽，早餐套餐自選（各有特色）加自助吧，2人以上用餐建議可以選不一樣的套餐這樣就可以吃到不同特色的早餐了，美中不足的是自助吧中有一壺特別顯眼的果汁（個人猜是現打果汁，因為一直是空的所以就沒靠近仔細看），從入座開始用餐9:00初到結束用餐9:40左右，那一壺果汁始終是空的，沒嚐到實在讓人覺得很可惜。 7、最後就是要走出館外找吃的，走路不用5分鐘就有很多小吃餐廳，不愁沒東西吃，地理位置真的非常棒。

We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Although we reached the hotel before check-in time, the staff kindly assisted with storing our luggage. When we returned later, our bags had already been placed in our room, which was a lovely surprise. A staff member personally showed us to the room and gave a short introduction, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful. The service throughout our stay was excellent and very professional. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around, and the spa facilities were very enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

早餐非常棒，住宿兩晚吃了四款不一樣套餐早餐，都非常驚艷又好吃！！自助吧也很棒哦！！

房間超大，超靚！職員非常細心，在WhatsApp跟進我們何時到步，又幫我們聯絡一間餐廳叫外帶。另外，因為爸媽的身體狀況，他們更派職員開車接我們去酒店。非常窩心！下次一定會再入住！

The hotel was nice and clean, with well-maintained rooms and a comfortable atmosphere overall. However, it’s not very child-friendly, which may be a drawback for families. The breakfast was also below par, lacking variety and quality compared to expectations. Overall, a decent stay for adults, but with some clear areas for improvement.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire hotel team for making our stay truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and genuine hospitality that it instantly felt like home. A special thank you to the Front Office team for their incredible warmth, professionalism, and fast response — especially for reaching out to me via the Expedia app to confirm our arrival details. That level of attentiveness made all the difference. I also want to acknowledge the Security Guards, whose dedication and hard work ensured that we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Your presence gave us great peace of mind. To the Housekeeping team, especially Miss Eko, thank you for keeping our room 0617 so clean and comfortable. Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The Events team on Level 3 deserves a special mention as well. The door hang activity was such a meaningful and creative experience — suitable for all ages, and it added a unique touch to our stay. We truly enjoyed participating. We were also thoroughly impressed by the Buffet team and the Chefs, who prepared delicious special set meals with so much care and flavor. Every meal was a delight. Last but not least, a big thank you to the Onsen staff (Auntie) at the public common area. She patiently taught me how to use the Onsen and kindly guided me on what to look out for — I truly appreciated their warmth and thoughtfulness.In short, we have no regrets choosing this hotel.

非常にホスピタリティが高いホテルであった。食事会場のスタッフは英語、日本語を話す方ではなかったが、携帯の翻訳などを使いながらとても親切にコミュニケーションを取って頂き、丁寧にもてなして頂いた。 駅から近く、部屋に大きめの温泉風呂、大浴場もあるなど立地、設備ともにとても良かった。強いてあげるならば、サウナの温度を上げてほしいくらいである笑 また、周囲は日本の温泉街のようにホテルが立ち並び、飲食店もそれなりにあるようだった。今回は外に出る余裕が無かったが、次回があれば散策してみたい。

停車先天規劃不足，遇到公司活動就會排擠住客。 早餐為套餐式，但精緻度可以在提升，感覺不出符合該房價的餐點價值。 住宿房間寬敞，房內湯池也很好，但整個浴室區沒有門片區隔，還是不太習慣。

Excellent hotel with clean room, private onsen, good amenities. Our room had separate toilet and shower rooms, which was convenient since we were traveling with family so both rooms could be used simultaneously. Underground parking included, with parking attendants to help guide traffic if needed. Close to the main street so could walk up and down to see the stores and restaurants.
