Would highly recommend, very friendly staff and service

Booked a family Room and got a double the tea tray was was dreadful and the place needs a refurbishment and change of staff

When I arrived one of the curtains was partly hanging off the rail as no stops on the end and many hooks were missing. Surely this should have been spotted when the room was cleaned. The end section of the curtain {where the two curtains meet} was hanging by well over a foot below the rail . The webbing at the top had come away and an attempt to rectify it had been made by using several large staples.This was a stopgap measure and not a success. It does suggest that the hotel was aware of the defect. When the curtains were drawn there was a large gap because of the hang. It was a struggle to get any semblance of privacy to get changed. It was reported and the following night I could get some privacy although still no end stops and a couple of hooks missing. I got the impression the accommodation was being run down. The outside looked tatty as well. I would certainly not recommend the accommodation. The restaurant staff were friendly.

Room 109 - the shower was useless - the pressure was pathetic - I would have been better taking my shampoo outside in the rain and there was a big hole in the bathroom floor

A substantial menu freshly cooked breakfast to order. Room clean but quite basic Staff very friendly and helpful would certainly stay there again should the need arise very close to Prince Phillip Hospital to enable visiting.

Staff were so polite and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Bar, food and ambience perfect, thank you

Chambre sans charme et vieillissante Zone commerciale autour, pas tres sexy Le restaurant fait des offres pour chaque jour mais ils n’avaient plus les references proposées à la carte le jour meme. L’hotel fait le job mais n’a pas le charme des auberges traditionnelles pourtant dans les memes prix

An Pub angegliedertes, älteres Hotel aber zu diesem Preis völlig in Ordnung. Es hatte Tee/Kaffe und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben im Pub Roast gegessen und der war sehr gut mit ebenfalls sehr freundlichem Personal. Auf dem Gelände hat es viele Parkplätze und Elektroautoladestationenen.

Lovely clean room. Perfect for a quick stopover and for the price you can’t complain. Staff were lovely and friendly.

The property is located close to all the big shops and chains plus the parking is free in the property. Loved the property. Good for families.
