Very Nice place

Un lugar tranquilo y en armonía con la naturaleza. Excelente servicio

Los muebles ya son viejos y les hace falta mantenimiento. Solicitamos a room service consomé de pollo y nos llevaron consomé de borrego; pedí una piña colada y me dijeron que eso no llevaban a habitación. El restaurante para desayunar muy pequeño para la demanda de gente, subes y te dejan parado esperando entre el paso de gente y meseros. Las hostess podrían estar abajo que hay una salita de espera y ahí pedirle a los comensales que esperen. La tarifa del hotel se nos hizo excesiva considerando que el Resort no tiene nada espectacular que ofrecer. La alberca está super chiquita, lejos de las máster suites del final del complejo. Esta lindo pero muy sobre valuado.

Las villas increíbles! Pero no la comida ni el desayuno nos gustó. Falta más capacitación al personal de restaurantes.

El hotel está muy bonito, el desayuno buffette deja mucho que desear.

The property is beautifully well kept, if you’re looking for something more than just a place to stay this is it. The rooms are modern & very clean, with all the amenities you need. Outside they have pool or if a casual walk is your thing, you can walk around the property. They have two restaurants on the property, Latitude has nice views of mountains and vineyards if siting outside, unfortunately we didn’t have time to visit the other one. Their staff is very friendly and professional, upon check in they greet you with a glass of wine which is a nice touch. We order room service, both the chilaquiles and French toast was very good and fresh. I would definitely be coming back.

Perfect location

La limpieza muy deficiente: había una uña en el piso y tuvimos que hablar en dos ocasiones para que limpiaran adecuadamente; dejaron un pad Desmaquillante que por error dejamos fuera del bote de basura, fue evidente que no limpiaban bien. No hay business center. Alejandra de recepción muy amable, educada y servicial, muy agradable hacer check in y check out con ella.

Very far from the pool.

We stayed one night for a birthday celebration. Rooms were clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. The customer service was excellent! Glass of wine and lavender washcloths upon arrival were a nice touch. Enjoyed both the winery and the restaurant on site. The pool was nice with ample umbrellas and towels. The gym was okay; plenty of equipment and free weights but no fan or a/c in the building which made the workout a bit uncomfortable but they did have towels and water available.
