Great location steps from terminal, professional and helpful frontdesk

Chambre propre, personnel disponible. Piscine salle, mes enfants deçus. En face de la gare, change, boutique, service taxi ou excursion, resto à coté

Location is good. Just next to the main bus station Where you can take bus to the fall and the airport. Breakfast was good enough. Property condition，Was more like two star. Almost all appliances make noise，ac, bathroom fan and even fridge. Air CON was leaking.

El Parque de Iguazú es hermoso

The reception area is clean and even our room but the bathroom shows sign it needs an update bec the grout are mouldy so even if they clean everyday, you cannot ignore the mouldy grout of the washroom/toilet walls which is kind of disgusting.

Pasamos unos hermosos días en el hotel, el personal es muy amable y cordial. La ubicación es ecxelente. Muchas gracias por todo, esperamos volver pronto.

La atención de los chicos de recepción excelente. El desayuno muy completo y abundante. La limpieza masomenos xq no cambiaban las sábanas y se notaba que no había desinfección. Y la señal d wifi muy mala.

Razoável na média!

Habitacion con aire y tv basica, el desayuno simple. Lo unico a destacar es el olor que sale del baño. Es para ir a dormir y nada mas.

Ótima localização perto de toda gastronomia da cidade, especialmente na mesma calçada de um restaurante mexicano com comida super deliciosa. Preço justo e funcionários cordiais e solícitos. Recomendo.

Room was extremely humid with plenty of moisture and mold formation close to the window. Bathroom was unclean and missing basic stuff like soap and shampoo. I cancelled our last night even not being refunded once my wife and daughter got sick due to the humidity.

Not very clean. Shower didn’t work properly. Seemed to have low pressure

La ubicación está de 10 si quieres ir las cataratas, a unos pocos metros está la central de autobuses, le falta limpieza, está un poco viejo las instalaciones, el personal es poco amable el wifi no funciona por lo tanto la TV nunca funcionó, el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, el elevador de la entrada es un montacargas disfrazado de elevador, en si le solo la ubicación es muy buena, tienes de todo al rededor.

Good location, opposite to the bus terminal and near the busy street. The room is big but the facilities in the room are out-dated. It is time to upgrade them.

Bathroom had an unpleasant odour.

Lugar agradable, bien localizado a metros de la Terminal de autobuses, limpieza, el personal es muy amable y muy cerca de una calle muy vibrante

Service level at check in and in general was horrible - they simply did not care! Hotel was not inviting and the rooms were subpar. It was not clean and I felt more dirty after a shower - towels were disgusting. Water was burning hot, and there was some sign on the mirror, but only in Spanish.
