Tout le personnel qui s'est occupé de nous était très accueillant et gentil. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Bel accueil avec un bon biscuit chaud. Facilité de recharge pour véhicule électrique.

Whenever we visit Québec this hotel, in our minds, is our only decision. We absolutely love this place.

Very nice hotel but the maid services are not consistent 2 out of 8 days the room wasn’t done

Great golf course and walking area around the hotel. Quiet and enjoyable location. Rooms are on the smaller size but everything else is great.

The room was not made up one night. We were told there was a shuttle service, it was public transit and a 15 min walk to it.

A bunch of hair stuck at the leg of the vanity in the washroom. Apart from that its perfection. The pillows are heavenly

The front desk staff were 10 plus. The dining room staff were tight and didnt react with people and didnt do much except deliver your meal. There needs to be something done to allow entrance from the apartments adjacent to the hotel

Beautiful hotel. Clean and new. Unfortunately there was a wedding hosted the same weekend of our stay and they partied until 2:30am. We were not notified that this wedding was taking place and the music was so loud that it kept us awake. When calling the front desk our concern was not taken seriously and when it was brought up again during checkout, staff didn't care that we lost our sleep. We paid good money to stay here for a place to sleep and am disappointed that they didn't offer us a room far away from the event room or offer us a discount for loss of sleep.

Very comfortable beds. Putting green just outside the hotel. Dijon restaurant great dinner but buffet breakfast.

The interior of the property is pretty up to date but the exterior looks fairly dated. Also there aren’t many options for dining around the area. There is a restaurant at the hotel but with limited choices - the food was ok. It was however a pretty easy and relatively short drive to get to Old Quebec City. Clean room, friendly staff. No free coffee in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel.

It was amazing. Welcomed with warm cookies..Very quiet & the jacuzzi thermal bath and sauna was awesome. Rooms were beautiful & comfortable. Nespresso machine was an added feature!

Not really a pool more of a big hot tub. Could not see myself doing lengths .
