Liked the outdoor pool and breakfast food option

Clean, nice rooms but limited storage. Staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious and convenient.

This property is nice. They keep everything clean. I didn’t like how small the rooms were. It was more like an efficiency. The wi-fi did not work either day. The hotel is close to everything.

Great hotel!! My kids absolutely loved it and I really enjoyed how colorful and fun everything looked.

The hotel was clean, but the mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillow. The rooms are very tiny. There is a ballpark directly behind the hotel and the loudspeaker woke us up every morning around 7:30 am.

The pool areas are WONDERFUL for small children. The bed was comfortable. The room option with bunk beds -WONDERFUL. Streaming access very nice. Our room was a little less then clean. The hallways etc alittle beat up. But a great stay all around!

The only negative I have to say is the indoor pool could use a good cleaning but everything else was perfect!

Great location. You can walk to the big shopping area. Breakfast options were great! I only wish they had a washer/dryer on site.

Conveniently located and accessible to several locations. Room service is inefficient; we had to call several times due to a lack of towels and sheets.

Like other Tru properties, the walls are thin. We had a child next door screaming through the night. I know from stays in other locations that this is typical of the Tru hotels. Clean, friendly staff, neat vibe, family friendly, just noisy.
