Nice hotel and room, with lovely common spaces as well. We did not use the restaurant as ate out in the city including breakfast from a great little cafe van near the V&A but this is a good amenity should you need it Only thing I’d mark this down for is the location - it’s not the nicest walk into the city centre whichever route you take so other hotels are probably better located if you’re arriving by train but this has parking if you’re coming by car

Super schöne und saubere Zimmer. TV Fernbedienung fehlte, wurde jedoch nach unserer Reklamation aufs Zimmer gebracht. Ein Lift sowie die automatischen Eingangstüren waren ausser Betrieb. Frühstück war super und das Personal gibt trotz Unterbesetzung alles.

Clean room, good size and well appointed. Didn't use hotel facilities and little interaction with staff so unable to comment here. Would definitely return!

A beautifully repurposed mill. The staff and service here was excellent, from dinner to breakfast, they went out of their way to be helpful (and the food was good too)

Nice friendly staff. However both elevators were broken when we arrived. One had been out of order for 2 weeks. The other went out of order the day we arrived. We had to wait 3 hours for a technician to sort it. Having ordered an accessible bedroom, which was in the 3rd floor, this is completely unacceptable. Nice hotel though and helpful staff

I booked for breakfast on line, but was told on arrival that it hadn’t been processed with a breakfast included No offer to sort it, so I’ll be back at the Apex next week

The room was large and comfortable in a renovated linen mill about 150 years old. Amazing. The en suite was huge and well appointed. The staff was very helpful. Check in/out was quick and easy.

Stort rum, rent och fräscht. Allt man behöver finns i rummet. Frukosten sådär. Lite smaklöst.

Hotel was very nice and the staff were great. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Only down side is there is limited parking, but a car park is only a block away. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here over the weekend. The restaurant is fantastic, we ate here on three evenings and every meal was brilliant- great quality and taste. There is also a lovely breakfast selection as well, the Scottish Brie tastes nicer than French Brie in my opinion! The hotel is spotless and the decor lovely and welcoming. The staff are all so friendly as well. The only tiny point that they could do to improve would be to put more coffee and tea in the rooms each day, they only give you one sachet each per day and a set of random coffee pods which are not marked except by a colour ( we worked out blue was plain water, brown was coffee but not sure what the pink coloured ones were!) this is a minor point though . The hotel is great and we’d stay here again.

Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Very spacious well equipped room. Enjoyed the food - only tip would be going to breakfast earlier as food may be cool in buffet at later times. Great conversion into a hotel.

We found the hotel to be comfortable, with good facilities and overall were well looked after. Our one complaint was that the à la carte breakfast options weren’t available at the weekend as the chef “would be too busy”, and there was no evidence of that with small numbers in the dining room. We mentioned to Reception over the weekend but not on the Monday as we were checking out. Otherwise the hotel was a good choice.

The breakfast was decent, with little options outside of the buffet. The staff and room were good. Room service was a little slow - taking half an hour to get some milk and sugar.

The room was clean and nicely set up. Temperature was fine for early spring. Walking distance to restaurants down on the water area; but, the restaurant in the hotel was lovely. Great staff and tasty meal. The bed and pillow were VERY firm, if you like that, it's great.
