The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The location was 10 mins or so to the city centre by foot. Since there didn’t seem to be many places to eat nearby, I had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. On one of the days, at about 7 am, the breakfast was very crowded and the food kept running out. This was very frustrating. The following day was less crowded and I was offered a menu where I could also choose an ala carte dish. I did though they brought a wrong dish. So the service at the restaurant was not great as they could be more attentive. Nevertheless a pleasant stay in Dundee.

Nice modern hotel with spacious rooms, modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Great dine in and many other options within a 10 minute walk. Walkable to the city centre with lots of attractions to enjoy. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for our golf trip. Clean and attentive staff. We got parking but limited space. Very good restaurant but slow service. Would stay again if playing golf in area and easy access to St. Andrews and Carnoustie.

Really enjoyed our stay. Spotless,. Comfy modern rooms. We had dinner & breakfast at the hotel & both were really enjoyable. Great staff. Looking forward to my next stay.

Lovely hotel. Good breakfast and comfy beds. Pity they felt they had to charge £14 for parking even though I have a disabled badge.

Just a wee overnight, but thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely hotel and the staff were excellent. Shivani that checked us in was lovely and took time to chat to my wee girl about our trip. 100% where we’re staying next time we’re up.

My main reason for using this hotel was that it had a fridge, i needed one to keep medication in and had emailed the hotel before we went.I was disappointed to find out it was a mini bar and couldnt get to the temperature I needed it to. After speaking to the receptionist i was able to get it put in the staff fridge. The staff were all friendly even though i had to ask every evening to get my medication. What lets this hotel down is the food, the breakfast buffet was never hot and the plates were cold. The special orders were good because they were cooked when ordered. The restaurant menu was not to our taste and when we had a meal in the bar it arrived warm. The hotel is really nice and we did enjoy our break but the food side let it down.

Excellent hotel situated near the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned to a high standard and really comfortable. Will definitely return!

I would like to thank Shivani and all the housekeeping crew for the outstanding work in finding my wife’s wedding band and engagement ring🙏 absolutely amazing. Hotel location is perfect if you want to visit the city center. Rooms super clean and the restaurant had some amazing quality food.

Nice hotel clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking is easy. Easy walk to the center.
