Every thing I can say is excellent about Aurora Express , no complaint at all .The owner very Kind, she help me to be oriented all the time . At the same time,I mention the Staff ( Noemi & Yohana ) both of them are charming making me feel at home. I really appreciate everything .

There is no airport shuttle

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The property itself was spotless and very well maintained. It was quiet and peaceful, which allowed me to rest and relax without any noise or interruptions. Another highlight was the transportation service to the airport — it was punctual, efficient, and made my departure stress‑free. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guatemala.

The place is good, the staff is always available, It is located in a residential area. From the outside is looks like any other house, so it easy to miss the only thing that they should upgrade are the towels; They were old and rough.

The tv remote didn’t have batteries, when I asked the staff, they never did anything to resolve the issue. Also I needed to go out to a restaurant and they told me that I didn’t have access to the place after 9 pm, that I should have known that through a code given by Expedia if I needed to come in later than 9 pm. I wasn’t given a Wi-Fi info. On the positive side, the shuttle is very good and the towels and sheets were very clean! Also breakfast is not included.

I would give this property a better rating but airport shuttle driver was pretty rude. Just because we left our room and showed 3 minutes, yes only three minutes late, he was quick in remine us the fact we were late and therefore he was late and that we had to rush. Giving the fact that on Guatemala everybody is very very late for everything, we find his comments extremely rude. Will not stay nor recoment using this place. Also, kitchen and room we stayed (205) had very small ants everywhere.

Beautiful room, great communication regarding transport. Some confusion about breakfast-would be best to arrange at the time of booking if you're in a hurry.

The room and home were very clean. They could not seem to find our name when we first got there and didn't recognize the last name. After looking at all first & last names it was finally located. Great shuttle service. He even came before expected.

Owner is very kind and helpful, house is very nice and well managed, kitchen is big enough to cook as you like, 3 minutes walking , there is a mini market, you can get all the food you need. Close to the airport, easy for traveler to catch earlier flight . It’s a very pleasant stay . David

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, they helped us order delivery service for our dinner and answered all of our questions. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. Overall, we had a great stay. Definitely recommend!
