Överlag mycket bra hotell. Mat fantastiskt, utsikten magnifik. Lite trångt med parkering.

We stayed only one night but it was a great place. The view is beautiful, breakfast was nice and included, and the room was clean. Staff was also very friendly. We would stay here again.

The hotel is outstanding and view from balcony is wonderful. Staffs are very friendly and kind. We planned to stay one day but extended one more day. Hotel is just a little bit outdated but well maintained. Food in restaurant was great too. Definitely want to stay there if we revisit Italy.

Das Zimmer war sauber und großzügig. Das Frühstück frisch und ausreichend. Das Abendessen war hervorragend! Die Angestellten waren freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Man hatte einen super atemberaubenden Blick auf den Luganer See und der Lago Maggiore war mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben immer einen guten Parkplatz bekommen und die Auffahrt zum Hotel war zwar schon eher für geübte Fahrer, sollte jedoch für die Meisten kein Problem darstellen.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer 215 ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und die Aussicht auf die Umgebung ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und qualitativ gut. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar

Das Hotel, das Frühstück und die Steinofen-Pizza waren sehr gut. Nur die Anfahrt war extrem schwierig, da sehr steil. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und Problemen.

Il posto si vede che è stato ristrutturato recentemente,la vista dalla camera è bellissima,si vede il lago,l'unica cosa è stato il check-in,e' Stato fatto con il check-out..

Staff fantastic! Clean and beautiful rooms! Our view was fantastic!! Staff arranged transport from hotel back to train station. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean, the staff was great and helpful. The reception staff had to stay late as we were on our way from Venice and things got delayed but she was very helpful. The view from the room was amazing.
