It was good, the staff were also good. The elevator was always broken coming from the parking lot. No windows in room

The room was clean and had a good view. Staff were super friendly and kind. Everything went smooth. Location is also perfect accessible to people to pick me up and close to shopping malls and supermarket in case you have a laid back time.

We stayed for one night at Louis V hotel at one of their suites on the 15th floor (amazing views). The property was very well-maintained and spotless. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Our only issue was that the suite was advertised as fits 3, but it turned out that the sofa did not become a bed, so it in fact does not fit 3 in its current form. When we informed them that we are 3 and not 2, they asked us to pay an additional $30 for the extra person. When the bed did not become a sofa, they brought up an extra bed for us quickly. One last comment was that we wish there was a curtain of some sort to cover the main area of the bathroom for some privacy. Other than these two small things, everything was really great. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Louis V. The staff were very kind and even upgraded us to the panoramic suite at no extra cost. The hotel is conveniently located next to the ABC mall where my wife and I walked to for dinner. Our room was very spacious and super comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. We would definitely stay at Louis V again!
