This is an apartment in a modern rental apartment building located on the corner of Exeter and Newbury streets. There are no hotel services per se, but the building has 24hr door-staff who are very kind and helpful. The apartment has modern amenities including two flat-scree TVs and all kitchen appliances. There is the option of getting a (very cheap) short-term membership at an excellent health club around the corner. Compared to the cost per sq/ft of hotels in this location the apartment is excellent value. If you need room service and daily maid service, get a hotel room. Otherwise this place is excellent. I would definitely book there again. Incredible location, very spacious, full kitchen, excellent value
