Great Staff, fantastic food, Very clean rooms and a very warm welcome. would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. loved the open fire for a cosy drink and chat.

Staff was friendly. Room was dated but clean. The mattress with metal coils was flat, noisy and super uncomfortable. Time to get a new one in this room.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this property. Do not add dining room charges to your room and review carefully.

Staff were friendly and breakfast very good. The mattress and pillows were poor. Bedding and towels tired.

The condition of the property is poor. Breakfast on weekends was not until 8 which was to late. We never really felt welcome.

Everything would have been excellent but even though we had hung the “please clean my room “ hanger on the bedroom door we returned one night to find it had not been done

Beautiful old hotel. Well maintained and comfortable. We booked 2 nights. We had to remind ourselves that we were in Scotland and things were different than we were use to. The bed was uncomfortable and the top cover was too small for the bed. Either we did not know how to flush the toilet or it wasn’t working properly. We reported it to the staff. It was like priming a pump to get it to flush. Don’t know, in this beautiful old house, that might be normal.

Loved my stay here very quiet and lovely old property with a very spacious bedroom! My all inclusive breakfast was beautiful!

Not worth the price

Vi fick vänta länge på vår frukost och när vi väl fick den hade de missat beställningen för en av oss fyra. Tyvärr vi vi också vänta länge på den glömda också.

Hotel looks very grand ! Food here is amazing , cooked to perfection, hotel room we were in is looking a bit tired especially the shower but very comfortable

Hotel magnifique de l'extérieur, l'intérieur n'est pas entretenu. Petit déjeuner très moyen, café très clair. Personnel pas très motivé ... bref à éviter. Dommage car un beau potentiel.

Room had mold on the painted walls in bathroom and sleeping area. Birds perched outside windows created lots of noise in early morning hours. Staff was helpful when toilet failed to function.

Endroit très calme à l'écart de toute circulations. Personnel gentil et attentif et patient. (nous ne parlons que très peu et très mal l'anglais.)
