It’s a wonderful place to stay when you want complete comfort and great service! We love the charming restaurant that serves a great breakfast every morning. Room Service is available till really late and the food is great. Everyone is super helpful!

The place is beautifully decorated with traditional furniture, service and staff was great. They made sure we were comfortable and accommodated all our requests. The food is great, we tried almost all food there and throughly enjoyed the morning breakfast as well The close proximity to just about everything was also a great plus Overall the staff made our 6 day stay very comfortable, We'll be back soon!

I rarely leave reviews. Check in was great, lovely on site team. There was a function happening across the street in a fairly residential area and the noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep until 3am. Something out of the hotels control but the response from the management wasn't great. Great value for international travellers, not for locals

Great location. Very comfortable suites with many amenities made it feel like the comfort of home. Great service and food options.

The building is beautiful, both inside and outside. Inspired by Moroccan architecture, the details are gorgeous and a seeming army of dedicated staff seems highly motivated to keep the facility spotless and inviting. The suites were very well designed and inviting with very comfortable beds and pillows. The room service was prompt, courteous and delicious. The few days we spent there, it was an extremely pleasurable and comfortable experience, with the Liberty shopping area literally a few minutes walk.

Not happy at all, every night is mujra night, loud music, alcohol, dance, girls. Not the place to stay with family even as individual.

The theme Of the hotel is very nixe and its in the center of the city. The location is really good

This property has a charm of its own. The rooms are very comfortable, just a lil more renovation required in the bathrooms. Beds are fabulous to sleep on. Staff is the most courteous hotel staff I have ever seen. Food is great there. Will stay in heritage whenever I visit Lahore.

Location is excellent ! Hotel is a bit old ! Services are good ! Kitchen is not recommended as they served us breakfast in our room ! Not good value for money !
