Our stay at Marvel was very nice. The staff were efficient and friendly. The accommodations were excellent. I enjoyed my time and would recommend the Marvel to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in Lahore.

The hotel is a total fraud. I checked in around 4 pm and the put me up in Room 213 I believe. For the next two hours there was sledge hammer making noise right on top of my room. Another friend experienced the same at 11 am in the morning as well. They were doing repair works while giving out rooms to customers. Moreover, when I opened the taps there was muddy water coming out of the taps. Besides that the toilet seat was broken. The bed sheet had ketchup stains on it and they were filthy. The entire room was filthy. I had to check out within 2 hours of checking in thats how bad the noise situation was. The manager was apologetic but despite several requests earlier they did not change my room. My friend who stayed in another room also had the same noise issue and checked out in the morning.

Worst experience ever. 4 star hotel price with ZERO star facilities. I stayed as it was closed to my friend's house, you can find nice 4 star hotel within the same price. They didnt allow my friends to come over.
