Room was nice but in a terrible spot been here 3 times this was worst toom

Overall, we had a really good experience. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, and the food was great throughout. The entertainment was enjoyable, and there were plenty of pools and sun loungers available. The flat itself was adequate, although there was a noticeable damp smell which was a bit off-putting. On the positive side, we had a lovely sea view which made up for it. The location was excellent — Flamingo Beach was very close by, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The complex, restaurant, pools, beach and more generally the surroundings were very beautiful and good. (Though only one pool was heated and the others were quite cold). Buffet is wide and with some changes every day. But the room felt old and dirty, smelled moldy, furnitures and paint falling apart, windows and doors hardly closed tight. Even the paint ceiling on our terrasse was falling in our plates. There were so many mosquitos and no way to protect us. No mosquitos nets on the windows and they would come in even though we tried to keep the doors closed. Would love to come back to the hotel. But not in that apartment(6B)

Die Anlage des Hotels ist schön, die Lage ideal. Unser Zimmer hatte allerdings einige Mängel: Bei Regen regnet es durch das geschlossene Fenster hinein. Insgesamt war das von uns bezogene Zimmer an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig und die Betten durchgelegen. Für drei Tage in Ordnung, aber länger wäre ich eher nicht geblieben. Sehr gut hingegen war die Speiseauswahl.

Desayuno bufet variado cada día, delicioso, mucha variedad, espectacular nos sorprendiò, las piscinas muy bien, el personal muy amable y la habitaciòn el pero es q el baño estaba como sin barrer por lo demàs todo muy limpio e higiénico.

Apartment was cleaned most days. Staff friendly.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja riittävästi varustettu. Merinäköalaa ei ollut mutta ranta oli aivan vieressä.

Loved our stay, had a great week. Rooms cleaned daily bar one day, pools lovely, great location and friendly helpful staff. Only things that could have been improved were the pillows weren’t good and bedding could have been changed more than once. With having toddlers there was a lot of sand in the beds by the end of the week.

Very friendly and hard working staff. Good facilities and activities. Delicious and varied food. Well equipped rooms with comfortable beds. Great location by a fabulous beach.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé .C'est propre mais cela aurait besoin , peut-être d'un petit coup de rafraichissement .Sinon rien à redire !

The room was a little bit tired and had needed to renovate a little bit and a big spot of something on the sofa. And the toaster was broaken. But it was really nice staff, and the pools was really good and a lot of pools to choose. We will come back. It was close to the beach and a lot of cosy restaurants with really good food and minimarkets with fresh bread and fresh orangejuice. tto the becha

Yes very clean . Cleaners came in on a daily basis . Clean towels . We are sure to go back there . Very relaxing holiday .

Lovely clean spacious room. Great sea view from balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a bonus. Staff very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room and complex kept clean but the rooms really need a refurbishment, especially the bathroom. We were in D51.

Le hace falta una reforma general Ya. La habitacion con un sofà cama que era antiguo y sucio però sucio. Havia hormigas y mosquitos Dios mio fui a otro hotel al lado casi de este y no habia ni mosquitos ni hormigas. Piscina climatitzada no entiendo que este el agua fria. Por favor que en la guia sanitària de canarias climatitzada es entre 24 a 30 grados. Lastima de hotel por que Tiene buena ubicacion el precio muy correcto y personal atento. El spa tambien agua poco climatitzada
