The bathroom towel hanger was broken. And the TP Roll was almost empty. Rm 401 is a nice room but it could get noisy as it is next rto resteraunt. It is strategically located to the old city. Staff were very friendly.

The facility was very dirty. They gave us used, unwashed bedding with stains and refused to change it with clean bedding. There was no hot water available and room was freezing. The place was loud and around the entrance to hotel, the are smelled on urine.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter le temple d'or ( à 5 minutes pied). Très bon accueil, la jeune femme de la réception nous a bien aidé pour louer une voiture pour aller à la frontière et pour la gare. Nous avons demander à l'hôte de venir nous chercher à la gare et c'était parfait.

Very good location of the hotel by the Golden Temple. Improvement points: very noisy during night, due to staff going up and down the stairs and talking loudly. Also, water not included in the hotel price.
