Check-in very easy and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, quiet and well-equipped with a bottle of water in the mini fridge. Bathroom was stylish and roomy with lovely hand and body wash. Great shower. Breakfast was delicious with good selection of local products. An extensive menu for breakfast with gluten-free bread and sausage if requested in advance. The coffee machine had a variety of different coffees. Teapots, hot water and a choice of teas also available. No other food options but menus for local nearby restaurants in the lounge. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would definitely recommend and return.

Great place to stay staff brilliant

An excellent no fuss three star hotel, with a Welsh welcome. One of the cleanest I've seen and a decent breakfy. Would stay again.

The room was modern and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is fairly central in Carmarthen but it is quiet and The New Curiosity is an excellent restaurant nearby

Pleasant stay

Lovely luxurious clean room in a lovely location. Came for work and it was a nice little distance away from where I needed to get to. The staff were very very very lovely, helpful, friendly, kind and so accommodating. My train was delayed and they contacted me to make sure I was still ok to check in before they closed the check in for the evening. Also on check out they offered to keep my bags for me as I was headed to my last day on the job and it would save me carrying it around. So very helpful and accommodating. There is a lovely little shopping area nearby that was nice to explore and a Co-op on the back door. I have no complaints just a couple of little feedback things. One thing was that the floorboards and furniture were a little creaky and shaky, and it made me nervous that people could hear me doing my early morning workout. I’d hate to have disturbed anyone. I don’t know if anything much can be done about that, just something to bear in mind if like me you do any cardio workout sessions. The second thing was that tv was great as it had so many apps and things to watch which were already logged in to the hotel’s account. However, on my second night, the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet anymore and so I could access the apps like Netflix etc. I only reported it when I was leaving as it wasn’t too much of a bother for me. I’m confident that had I reported it sooner, it would have been fixed for the remainder of my stay. Thank you for having me.

Very good breakfast and extremely helpful staff

Parking ok if but a little difficult to get to. The access is very narrow. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and efficient. Shops are near by and a really good Indian restaurant is across the road.

As in the website parking is available but the entrance is narrow - good that they also have available electric charging

We stayed in this very nice clean apartment as a family of four and couldnt believe how much space we had nor how comfy the beds were. Friendly helpful staff in reception too. Would recommend.

Central location, lots is amenities around. staff lovely & helpful & friendly. Accommodation immaculate, very clean. Everything you would want. Breakfast was gorgeous lots of options. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent stay. We’re back on the 4th May, looking forward to returning.

Parking was available and secure. The room was clean and well presented. The team were warm and friendly. The location was great for walking around the town for shops and restaurants.

We stayed in the apartment and it was immaculate. We received a warm welcome from the FoH manager, Michelle. Great location for visiting the town with everything a minutes walk away. Highly recommend
