Came to stay for Easter break with the family. Love that the price was fair with early admission to Universal. We were allowed to check in at 0700 and leave bags and enjoy a day without worrying about parking and belongings. Rooms were great for four with 2 queen beds. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, clean and buses to universal studios every 15 minutes from 7am to 1am.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The hotel had everything you could want or need. Very nice. Loved the shuttle service too.

Dieses Hotel bietet alles um einen mehrtägigen Parkaufenthalt zu vervollständigen. Man taucht dadurch vollends in die Bubble Universal ein zu einem nicht günstigen, aber bezahlbaren und der Leistung entsprechenden Preis ein. Wir kommen wieder.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 7 days. The property was nice. Quiet and convenient to the surrounding areas. Room cleanliness could have been a bit better. During the 7 days I believe the room was cleaned twice. But the floors were not vacuumed or swept, either time. When we requested something it arrived though, great service there.

Very clean, nice and modern rooms which surprised me for being a value resort. Layout was conducive to the guest experience and use.

It's located in an area that has a walgreens, and a few restaurants other than the resort. The shuttles to and from the parks/resorts are great. We paid less than $10 to uber to Icon park... Which is where rhe Orlando Eye is. Pretty good location for keeping transportation costs low. Since you have to oay for parking pretty much everywhere you go, i found that rental vehicles cost more than planning ahead and doing your research.

Great service and the shuttles and location were fantastic! Hotel was clean and the atmosphere was great. I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly, especially Kia during late evening check in. Resort is clean and comfortable. Food options are plentiful.

Not going to staying here again for sure. Property was OK they do not clean the floors in the room. Found a few nasty toe nails clips and the dining room bench had a particular smellc not to mention all the trash that was trapped between the wood slats in that same bench. The pool was OK but if you want to relax, by the pool, this 3 1/2 feet deep pool will not do that. Other than that, the hotel is close to the park. Shuttels are easy to ride.

Took my 13 year old grandson and it was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfy, pool was warm and the shuttle made our stay so easy! We will stay here again

The hotel is a family friendly hotel with decent amenities for your stay.
