A lovely hotel in the heart of town,

Our stay here was delightful. The setting is even prettier than the pictures. The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and a walking trail along the river. Henrique was so helpful at check-in and provided us with an excellent lunch recommendation. We would love to visit again.

Great location, beautiful scenery, we really enjoyed our stay there. The balcony could be better with a roof (as it was too hot to be on a balcony without a roof) but all sufficient. Def will stay again if we go back to Arcos de Valdevez

hôtel sans restaurant, chambre avec vis à vis nous avons été obligé de laisser le rideau tiré toute la journée et très brillante, à 130 euros la nuit je pense que vous trouverez mieux

A localização do Hotel sobre o Rio é bonita e o hotel tem uma decoração moderna e bonita, com charme. Os empregados são muito atentos e procuram agradar. A garagem para os carros é muito conveniente. Nos quartos com terraço, podiam ter umas cadeiras mais confortáveis e uma mesa.

Hotel bonito bem enquadrado paisagisticamente. O que era um sonho por fora foi uma desilusão em termos de falta de simpatia de alguns funcionários, condições de higiene das partes comuns, pequeno almoço insatisfatório (no segundo dia fui tomar pequeno almoço fora) e não me arrumaram o quarto de um dia para o outro apesar de terem tido mais de 5h para o fazer.

Bom Hotel numa localidade calma e bonita, comnuma bela vista para o rio Vez. Ideal para um fim de semana de descanso, longe da confusão.
