Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto super espaçoso e confortável. O atendimento de todos muito cordial. Café da manhã muito bom e restaurante ótimo. Estrutura do hotel completa. É uma ótima escolha para quem quer estar no Atacama em uma boa localização e com estrutura.

We looked at far more expensive, all-inclusive accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama before discovering Hotel Desertica. What a find! They truly had everything you need for a relaxing stay in the desert at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and professional, the free breakfast was fresh and abundant, and it was great to unwind at the restaurant at night after a long day exploring this incredible part of the world. This was a late-autumn visit, so we did not swim -- but it was lovely to sit by the pool and soak in the sun for a few hours here and there. They are super-well located, just steps to everything you need. Highly recommend!

Equipe atenciosa e prestativa para atender as necessidades do hóspede. Necessitei fazer um check in antecipado e eles prontamente organizaram um quarto pra mim. O restaurante do hotel é sensacional, assim como o café da manhã. Voltarei e indicarei aos amigos!

Beautiful property, oasis in the desert.

Fantastic place to stay to really take in the artmosphere of San Pedro

Wonderful staff.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement qui tout en étant au centre de SPA est très calme. Le staff est particulièrement sympathique et efficace. Petit bémol (pas très important) : les chambres manquent un peu de lumière

Cet établissement est tout simplement magnifique et parfait. L’accueil, le personnel de restauration sont très chaleureux, le logement extrêmement confortable, l’environnement est un havre de paix, la nourriture est particulièrement soignée et délicieuse. Je le recommande vivement et si j’ai le bonheur de revenir en terre chilienne je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir.

Great property, good location. The only downside was that the restaurant was not open on the night we stayed. We had been looking forward to the food.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war begrenzt. Das Abendessen war nicht so gut, dafür aber sehr teuer. Der Parkplatz war sehr klein.

Personnel très attentionné, notamment le service petit déjeuner et restauration que nous remercions pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. C'est un endroit que l'on quitte avec regret et où on a envie de revenir

Maravilhosos! O atendimento é IMPECÁVEL! todos muito atenciosos, sempre preocupados com nosso bem estar!! Até mesmo antes da nossa chegada sempre nos mandando mensagens pelo WhatsApp para obter informações para melhor nos atender. A maioria dos passeios em San Pedro do Atacama, são tudo na parte da manhã, então eles disponibilizam café da manhã em um Kit para você levar para o passeio! Todos os dias de tarde uma funcionária bate na porta perguntando se precisamos de algo e nós deixam um chocolatinho! Na última diária até nos deixaram um “regalo” ( conforme foto), uma gracinha!! Infelizmente acabei esquecendo um item meu no quarto, e eles super atenciosos me mandaram uma mensagem no WhatsApp informando o item esquecido e se disponibilizando para enviar para o Brasil caso quisesse! Quarto, limpo, lindo e organizado, café da manhã muito bom, sem contar a localização que está ótima, pois eesta no coração da cidade!

What a great property! We really enjoyed the many common areas, the decorations and design throughout the property and the room. All make this a wonderful location and everyone we met and interacted with were FANTASTIC!!

Great find! An oasis in San Pedro. If you are planning any group excursions to geysers, salt flats, etc, it’s really convenient to be dropped off at your hotel. Easy walk to the town’s main street amenities. Staff are really kind and thoughtful, rooms are comfy and quiet, and the whole place has a friendly, calm vibe. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this nice small hotel oasis. The staff was very friendly and we loved our little yurt. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to San Pedro. Parking as they say is very limited.

Muy bien ubicado y de buena calidad. Lo mejor fue el servicio del personal. Fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron.
