Some problems answering the phone

This hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a great rooftop area. The secure garage provides added peace of mind, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Hotel well placed near La Aurora Intl. Airport, good room infrastructure and cleaning. To be complete, it was should have a breakfast service. This is the negative point.

Habitación bella, muy limpia, cómoda y espaciosa. Hotel muy cuidado con una vista panorámica espectacular en la terraza. Súper accesible y muy bien ubicado.

My room it was very clean.

They do not list whether the room has 1 bed or 2 beds, wanted to switch and was charged almost as much as the cost of the room

Muy limpio, frente al aeropuerto. Aunque cerca, Debido al tráfico se puede uno demorar más de media hr en llegar al aeropuerto.

Nice hotel

Full equiped kitchen with everything you need if you're cooking. Includes microwave, fridge with ice dispenser and water purifier. Closet is very spacious, bed is perfect and the room is clean. Zona 13 is safe, is walkable and the airport is at eyeview from Suites Terraza Imperial. I would repeat my stay .

Overall, the hotel was pretty decent and offered good value for the price. The rooms were comfortable and the experience was generally positive. One issue I noticed was the Wi-Fi connection, which constantly disconnected and didn’t work reliably during my stay. Aside from that, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay

I stayed for one night only and everything was great from communication with staff to how clean and comfy the room was. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone…
