The check in was the most difficult party of the stay. We were given a room that did not match the pictures on the reservation. After advocating for ourselves they placed us in the room on the pictures. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. We had the best lady taking care of a room daily. She left the room spotless every time. The location is very strategic to museums and important venues. The elevator always worked. We did not have AC in a unit but it was not needed. We had a great fan. What area of opportunity is the kitchen. They should add pots and pans and things for us to make at least breakfast in the morning. Appreciated the small fridge and we always kept coldwater in there. If you are bringing things to iron that might be a challenge. They provided us with a iron but not a iron board and this was very challenging because we iron our clothes daily. Overall we really had a good time staying in this hotel because we felt safe and it was clean and near from places but they could still do better.

Very clean room and good location. Next a highway that can get busy. For some reason they were very stingy with the toilet paper. They also lock the door after a certain hour and you need to be buzzed in by the front desk.

A 2 minutos caminando de Los Panchos, muchas tiendas de conveniencia y el Parque Chapultepec al lado. El personal muy amable.

Se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle pero en general fue una buena experiencia

El personal muy amable, lamentablemente me tocó un par de daños en mi suite la puerta del baño sin perilla y la luz del espejo fundida, ubicación excelente pero esos detalles hacen la diferencia

The bathroom door doesn't work. The TV remote doesn't work either. There's a lot of noise from the avenue, so keep that in mind. The internet is very unreliable. There's a kitchen, but no cooking utensils like knives or pots, etc., just one frying pan.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo, me agrada volvería a elegir. Personal amable, lugar limpio y siempre dan atención al cliente.

El personal de recepción, parece que me están haciendo el favor de hospedarme y no tienen estacionamiento para todos

La habitacion está en muy buenas condiciones en general, cuenta con buena ubicacion y si es muy seguro. Tienen cerca un 7eleven, Farmacias Guadalajara y otras farmacia. Algunos de mis contras puede ser que la habitación no cuenta con clima por lo cual en verano, ahora que CDMX ha tenido temperaturas altas, sea conveniente. De igual manera, solo hay cambio de rollo de papel cada 3 dias y los básicos de limpieza como shampoo y jabón no sucedio durante nuestra estancia por lo cual optamos en comprar en las Farmacias Guadalajara todo.

Tenía lo necesario estaba muy limpio recomendable ya que se encontraba cercas de los lugares turísticos

Cuarto con espacios extendidos, bien por el costo.

The rooms were very clean and the doorman super friendly, the only downside of this place is the noise as it’s located on a busy highway

En general todo bien, publican q son habitaciones con cama king size y nos encontramos con que era matrimonial.
