What an amazing hotel, the staff were so friendly. The receptionist Harman was lovely. She helped us out so much. There was a lovely young lad, Wendell, who did our drinks for us such a amazing character, another lovely person called Zebh we met at the bar was so friendly, the food was to die for I’ve never had such tasty food ever on holiday. The rooms were nice. We had a family room but we never wanted a family room because we went as friends and it was a bit awkward having a family room.. we had a bad experience with a taxi driver that was ordered from the front door of the hotel, but the company that hired the taxi driver was at fault, not the hotel, all in all the hotel was beautiful. The ambience in the restaurants were lovely and food was amazing. You can’t go wrong! Thank you Rixos you were amazing x

Have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly; the food choices are excellent; the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped; and everything is exceptionally clean. Everything has been thought out so you can have the most relaxing stress free holiday possible.

Overall great hotel. Superb facilities with excellent levels of entertainment for all ages; families with or without children. A la carte dining options are authentic and very well executed. The New Year’s Gala Dinner was fantastic and a credit to all whom organised it. The rooms are comfortably appointed and the hotel is spotless; cleaned regularly and rigorously every day. The all inclusive package makes the difference with children and is generally very good value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

Stayed at the Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island for 16 nights and could have stayed longer. The concierge team on arrival were excellent, very polite and professional. Our bags arrived at our room at the same time we opened the door. The front desk staff were helpful in moving our room closer to the main pool as requested, just our preference of location. Food at the hotel: you can’t book à la carte restaurants until the 3rd day of your stay, which is okay if you’re on a long stay like we were, but if you’re staying only a week, you won’t get the full benefits as they are often booked out unless you want a 9pm reservation. If you have young kids, it’s not really an option to go out for dinner that late. The restaurants you can book for à la carte are really good options all around for adults, with a different mixture of choices. The only downside is they didn’t have many options for kids’ meals other than chicken nuggets and chips. It would be nice to see more options for kids. The kids’ club is excellent. The team are really helpful and very polite, and the kids always wanted to go back for more playtime. The kids’ waterpark needs a little TLC; it looked a little worn down the year before, and this year you can see it needs updating and repairs in certain areas. The wave pool was good and is in better condition than the water park. The pool staff at the main pool are always polite and really quick to deliver drinks when ordered. The lifeguards are great too. We will be BACK

Accueil peu chaleureux et décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Aucun petit geste de bienvenue dans la chambre, même pas une banane ! La nourriture est insipide. Le premier jour à la piscine (service aux transats), nous avons attendu le serveur plus de 15 minutes, sans que personne ne vienne. Il faut se lever tôt pour poser sa serviette au bord de la piscine sur les transat sans quoi on se retrouve sans place. Les verres traînent partout autour de la piscine sans qu’aucun serveur ne les ramasse en passant des dizaines des fois devant. La chambre a été faite à 18heures le premier jour alors que nous avons été absents toute la journée. Le second jour ils ont sonné des 9heures alors que nous dormions encore… La serrure entre les deux chambres cassée sans qu’ils s’en aperçoivent. Un soir, nous demandons deux bouteilles d’eau et deux cocas … ils nous ont posé les bouteilles devant nous, sans verre… Pour un sois-disant 5 étoiles, le personnel est familier et le service n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Pour résumer notre séjour, nous devions rester une semaine, nous avons pris la décision d’écourter notre séjour car pour le prix payé c’était pire qu’un hôtel à Cancún pendant le spring break (car là au moins on sait à quoi s’attendre !) Seul point positif, nous avons la chambre avant l’heure.

The hotel was lovely and clean but there is no entertainment in the evenings.

I recently stayed at this wonderful resort in Abu Dhabi, and I am thrilled to say that the experience was exceptional! The service during my stay was outstanding; everyone was incredibly nice and had bright smiles. As always, the amenities and accommodations were top-notch and luxurious. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a delightful and memorable stay.

Beach and the sea are amazing. Pool was great- cool water, good, chilled not too loud music. Drinks at pool bar served very quick. Plenty of sun beds. Staff amazing and professional throughout. Lobby bar-excellent service for either a cocktail or coffee with a cake. Great decor. Aircon in the room was really annoying- had to be set really cold for the moisture/humidity not to condensate on the floor, furniture, mirrors. Although there was plenty of food and presentation was great it wasn't the best quality, everything seemed to taste the same.

Overall experience was nice however few staff members are not very warm in the overall communication, fridge in the room wasn’t working and we had water leakage also in the bathroom, they have offered to fix it however we are only staying for one more night to go through the maihtainace process.

Too busy, no seats by the pool

Everything was amazing at this hotel though wish there was some sort of entertainment on this beach in the evenings. The beach cloeses at 7 which is a shame. They could do with music and beans bags/ seating on the beach and music or a show

Beautiful hotel and has so much potential but sadly the service was not the best, not easy to book the restaurants, the buffet was not the best food and while some staff were amazing sadly some let it down for others. For a 5 star and what it costs to stay here we did expect it to be as good as the Rixos in Dubai but it was not.

O hotel por si só é lindo e muito agradável! Funcionários super educados, prepararam uma supresa para recepção de nossa lua de mel. Infelizmente não espere um all Inclusive padrão Caribe… os restaurantes não ficam abertos 24 horas por dia e as refeições são servidas somente café/almoço e janta. Mesmo assim super recomendo o hotel! Praia linda, decoração incrível e comidas deliciosas.

Overall I would give this stay a 2.5/5. I will provide pros and cons: Pros: 1. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Firoj and Ameer remembered our drink orders and stood out to us. Dona at reception was very helpful and polite! 2. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the courtyard was lovely to sit in. Drink service in the lobby lounge was always excellent. 3. Smooth check in process. Cons: 1. Food poisoning!!! We strictly only ate from the hotel (obviously - it was an all inclusive!). On the last night right before checking out I got severe food poisoning and this completely ruined the last day of my holiday. I’ve been unwell all week since. During my visit I did notice a lot of first aiders on site so it makes me wonder if lots of other guests have had the same issue? 2. The service at this hotel was good but not as excellent as Rixos JBR. 3. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was secured to the walls which meant when using the bathtub you were unable to access these amenities. It also took away from the “premium” feel of the stay - this is the kind of behaviour you expect at a cheap travel lodge. 4. The kids pool was quite cold compared to the adults pool. Unfortunately the music at the adults pool is far too loud to enjoy sunbathing or relaxing in that area. 5. Resort is quite small compared to how it is advertised on social media. 6. A la carte restaurants were awful. The food at the buffet was much nicer. Booking was awful. Overall was NOT a premium stay.
