Staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out process is fast. Room is clean and with amenities. Great place to stay and convenient walking distance to Plaza de Armas

Beautiful courtyard, large room full of complimentary drinks and snacks, comfy bed in a great location- easy to walk everywhere and no steep hill! Small bathroom but that didn’t bother us. Staff were super friendly and even offered to pack us breakfast for early morning excursions.

Great location with a short walk to the square and restaurants. Small boutique hotel with some really nice art touches in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff with a lovely breakfast in the morning(to go available if you have an early excursion). Far nicer vibe than traditional western style hotels that I also stay at for business.

I really enjoyed my stay at XO hotel. I was traveling solo and the staff was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable. They serve a light breakfast, with eggs and bacon every morning. Coca tea and candies available at all times. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Beautiful esthetics. Shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast and the security staff.

Absolute dream. Large, well decorated room with a huge bed, super convenient location with barely a hill to climb to get there and very nice breakfast. Only note is that the bathroom was tiny.

XO Art Hotel had beautiful art on the walls, fresh flowers in the dining area every day, and helpful, friendly staff. It was a good base for us to explore the Sacred Valley and Machu Pichu sites.

Beautiful rooms and layout. Looked like an art gallery . Room is stuffed with mini snacks for free.The area is quite and safe. Breakfast had a great spread of bread, meat, fruits, veggies, eggs, cakes. The staff are friendly and helpful. Made us feel like home. The location is walkable to the San blas plaza and minutes away from Siete Borregitos and Cristobal plaza. Lots of food and cafe around. The next door owners of pizza place, the massage, the two hour laundry store and the supermarket end of the street are pretty amazing , friendly and welcoming. There's always hot water for the coca tea and drinking water to keep you hydrated. Airport shuttle available on request. Night security keeps the front door locked at all times for safety. Ask for the security's contact number if you are planning to stay late night. XO went above and beyond to make our trip to Cusco a special memorable one. Highly recommended for all . They will surely make you feel special.

Hotellet är enkelt men väldigt vackert! Det är lugnt och tyst men nära till allt i Cusco! Framförallt: Hotellets personal var helt underbar! De fanns alltid tillgängliga för oss, ställde upp och hjälpte oss med allt! De gav oss verkligen allt man kan önska - och lite till! Frukosten var fantastisk, och de ställde upp och ordnade mat åt oss fastän vi var de enda gästerna på hotellet. Personalens vänlighet var verkligen något unikt och speciellt här! Kommer definitivt tillbaka hit om jag ska till Cusco igen!

The breakfast was great. We had the best eggs every morning. The staff are friendly and helpful. Staying at XO was more personal and memorable than staying in a hotel chain. The location is walkable to the historic center.

Solicitamos un late check out y nos dijeron que siendo el check out a las 10:00 hrs, como máximo nos podrían ofrecer un check out sin costo adicional hasta las 10:20 hrs. El último día de estadía volvimos a preguntar a qué hora era el check out y me dijeron que era a las 10:00 hrs, sin embargo en las condiciones que muestran en Hotels.com indican que el check out es a las 11:00 hrs. Obviamente reclamé y me dijeron que hablarían con Expedía porque era un error.

Amazing stay, so quiet and cozy room, also nice breakfast.

This was a very nice hotel in a great area. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to do around Cusco. There was staff available around the clock. The breakfast was very nice, and there was always water, coca leaves and candy available! Our room (101) was quite loud with street noise but other than that, very comfortable.
