Muy buena experiencia, el hotel limpio y con bonita decoración, con muy buena ubicación (a unos minutos de la plaza central y de varios puntos turísticos), el personal súper amable y atento, especial agradecimiento a Juan Carlos y Dante, estuvieron muy atentos y nos apoyaron en todo momento. Cuando regresé a Cuzco definitivamente me quedaré nuevamente

I couldn’t be happier with my hotel choice and 100% would stay again. The rooms are each unique and the one I stayed in was huge, extremely comfortable and even equipped with a small kitchen. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre. There is drinking water on hand 24/7, and a continental breakfast provided. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Dante who was very welcoming. Also, it’s worth noting that there is a 24hr reception (contrary to what it says on hotels.com) so you can arrive whenever you like without having to pre-arrange with the hotel.

Tudo estava muito bom. Quarto cheiroso, com aquecedor e roupa de cama muito macia. Equipe muito gentil. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso, poucas opções mas ingredientes de muita qualidade. Chá à disposição foi um diferencial.

Great breakfast , free coca tea and purified water all day as needed. Room heater was great. This is run by same company as the Andenes hotel down rhe street . They are a good quality team with nice properties. Very responsive staff.

Beautiful courtyard, large room full of complimentary drinks and snacks, comfy bed in a great location- easy to walk everywhere and no steep hill! Small bathroom but that didn’t bother us. Staff were super friendly and even offered to pack us breakfast for early morning excursions.

Great location with a short walk to the square and restaurants. Small boutique hotel with some really nice art touches in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff with a lovely breakfast in the morning(to go available if you have an early excursion). Far nicer vibe than traditional western style hotels that I also stay at for business.

Sólo tuvimos agua caliente un día y una noche de nuestra estancia. Salir de madrugada a un tour bañándote con agua helada no es buena experiencia. De ahí en más, es buen lugar

I really enjoyed my stay at XO hotel. I was traveling solo and the staff was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable. They serve a light breakfast, with eggs and bacon every morning. Coca tea and candies available at all times. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Beautiful esthetics. Shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast and the security staff.
