Stayed one night. Basic but clean. Cleaners were very noisy chatting in the morning so we made an early start and checked out earlier than expected Breakfast was okay

Cleaning needs more attention. Insufficient pressure to hot water to shower or take a bath, very very disappointing. Sink tap has plenty off pressure for cold and hot water . Food served incomplete at the table with with mushrooms, scampi, onion rings and tartar sauce missing , waitress apologised but only scampi was brought to table in the end.... Three more tables around had same issue with missing food not what's been advertised on the menu. On a Tuesday evening it wasn't even busy and can't or don't want to serve all the food that has been ordered Expensive considering the quality and the missing food .. Breakfast was OK although no ground coffee just instant coffee

We checked in and on entering the hotel onto the first floor we were greeted by a lovely aroma of cannabis. The room was clean with everything we needed. The bed wasnt the comfiest but was clean and there were extra pillows available. For what we paid it was okay.

Ideally located just off the M65. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and tidy with a tea/coffee making facility. Free wi-fi was easily accessible. Pub/restaurant next to the accommodation building had a great selection of beers and a comprehensive menu. Breakfast was served in the pub/restaurant. Great selection from continental to full english.

Everything was good apart from internet. No Wifi signals in room and phone reception was bad as well. Breakfast was great.

The room was clean and spacious. But the shower water didn’t get hot and the room was a little humid. This was a convenient place to stay
