Noisy, bathroom stunk of smoke

Lovely welcoming staff and check out staff, clean modern bedroom with everything you would want. Excellent pool and gym. Just sorry I wasn’t staying long enough to enjoy.

Staff are nice and helpful. Gym and pool is great.

The room was a different design from what I had seen before. Our room had a nice, large bathroom. But the water pressure was a 2 out of 5. Could not do a full flush of the toilet. There wasn't a mini fridge in the room. Something I've become accustomed to. No sockets available around the TV to plug in your own gaming or steaming devices. Positives: Starbucks onsite was great. Free parking with room booking. The hotel in general was very clean. It was value for money. I would return at the price I paid.

Good sized room for single occupant. Friendly staff upon check in. Am frequently using this hotel chain when travelling around UK. No surprises or drama at all which is what you need at the end of a busy day.

We upgraded to a club room for more comfort. But we had vomit down the wall. Staff said someone would come up but they did not.

Well designed room with large comfortable bed, excellent shower and bathroom. All the basic facilities for a short stay

Everything fine except nowhere to buy drink ( eg bar or vending machine) on late check in.. Breakfast food great but drinks disappointing... OJ heavily diluted and Coffee awful... Had to use in house Starbucks for decent drinks... Maybe this is the plan?

Excellent hotel, great value for money. Possibly the comfiest bed I have ever slept in.

Paying extra for gym access isn’t great.

Having a good bar grill, Starbucks, Health Club and the location make this great for me.
