Hôtel bien situé, près de la gare. Très calme car séparé de l'avenue Maria Luisa par une cour intérieure. Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute.Chambre impeccable.

Excellent location right by the Lion Bridge. Metro is just a few steps away. Cafes, shops around and convenient location to walk to the centre of the city as well as the Sofia bus stations. Hotel itself was a bit weary, room was spacious but some problems with a leaking shower. Personnel was helpful and very nice. Overall I would absolutely recommend for those with a lower budget to stay in this hotel for its very strategic location and services around! I had a pleasant stay.

No geral atendeu as nossas necessidades: proximo do centro e das principais pontos de visitação, comércio nas proximidades, bom atendimento e estrutura boa.

Wir waren zu spät für das reguläre Check-In und haben es auch erst zu spät gemerkt um das zu Kommunizieren. Allerdings wurde uns sehr nett geholfen und wir konnten trotz Verspätung noch Einchecken. Waren alle sehr hilfsbereit.

Otel tertemiz,personel hem güler yüzlü hem yardım sever.Otelin konumu çok iyi. Tüm tarihî alanlara yürüme mesafesinde. Sadece banyo ve tuvalet çok küçük uzun konaklamalar da sorun yaratabilir.

Great place at a great location near a central amenity. Very close to a good and popular tube stop. A lot of shops and places to grab a abite around.

Good service, close to the centre. AC working fine but there was a smell of mould in the room. Bathroom & toilet was fine.

Oda temizliği fena değil daha iyi olabilirdi. Çalışanlar yardımcılar olabildiğice. Otelin lokasyonu çok iyi, her yere yürüme mesafesi ve cafe market etc yerler çok çok yakın. Internet baglantısı iyi. Ben 5 günlük kalaışımda memnun kaldım.

Check in process with staff was excellent and fast. We managed to check in an hour early. Room was elegant and clean. Bathroom was good (had shower in the middle between sink and toilet). Lots of stores and fast food near by.

Overall it's ok to stay for couple of nights. Not for long time. The room it's a bit dark, not nice bed sheets ( I recommend to change for bright colours ) to add bed headboard.
