El personal es muy amable. La relación calidad- precio es buena, ya que cuentan con aire acondicionado y una mini nevera dentro de la habitación. Otra cosa que nos gustó mucho es la ubicación, está muy cerca de los monumentos principales de Sofía. La zona no es ruidosa, por lo que se puede descansar bien por la noche. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la ducha, ya que no está separada del resto del cuarto de baño por una mampara o cortina, lo que hace que cuando te duchas se moje todo el baño y es muy incómodo. Pero en general muy bien!

Great place to stay in Sofia

Clean room and a comfortable stay. Self check-in due to arriving late and instructions were simple and clear. Great location for a stay in Sofia.

Staff brilliant, loads of shops and restaurants nearby and great air conditioning in the room. Location is good and it’s a pleasant amble from the bus and train station. The drainage in the shower room I was staying in couldn’t handle the amount of water so it flooded into the bedroom. Judging from the floor repairs this is a regular occurrence which is a shame as apart from that it’s a great place to stay.

Great location and very comfortable hotel. We walked every where we wanted to see at the city center. Perfect for the prize. Clean and tidy. Rooms were big beds were comfortable. Very helpful staff. Only bathroom was a bit small but clean so acceptable.

Excellent location right by the Lion Bridge. Metro is just a few steps away. Cafes, shops around and convenient location to walk to the centre of the city as well as the Sofia bus stations. Hotel itself was a bit weary, room was spacious but some problems with a leaking shower. Personnel was helpful and very nice. Overall I would absolutely recommend for those with a lower budget to stay in this hotel for its very strategic location and services around! I had a pleasant stay.

No geral atendeu as nossas necessidades: proximo do centro e das principais pontos de visitação, comércio nas proximidades, bom atendimento e estrutura boa.

Wir waren zu spät für das reguläre Check-In und haben es auch erst zu spät gemerkt um das zu Kommunizieren. Allerdings wurde uns sehr nett geholfen und wir konnten trotz Verspätung noch Einchecken. Waren alle sehr hilfsbereit.

Otel tertemiz,personel hem güler yüzlü hem yardım sever.Otelin konumu çok iyi. Tüm tarihî alanlara yürüme mesafesinde. Sadece banyo ve tuvalet çok küçük uzun konaklamalar da sorun yaratabilir.
