Breakfast was available but it was so crowded that there was no table, we ended up leaving breakfast

A lovely, modern hotel with all the conveniences you’d expect from a Marriott. Having that level of comfort and consistency in Madurai made the stay especially convenient and enjoyable.

Lovely hotel and a great place to relax and unwind. The rooms are comfortable and the buffet is excellent.

The hotel is not upto Marriot standards. Service staff needs training, food was mediocre. For the price, the room & food quality was mediocre.

Excellent service by the front staff. I arrived 5 hrs earlier than check in time due to flight changes. Karthiga, the front desk executive managed to accomodate the room within an hour. Receiving was very warm , friendly and welcoming. Loved all the suggestions given by her for exploring the place and the heartful gesture of complimentary cake by her team while i was checking out. I would definitely choose this place for future stays.

I was staying at the property during a rush period due to ongoing Junior World Cup Hockey. But the Restaurant staff were always ready to help.

Staff.. Very responsive... Cleanliness... Still can improve... Suite provided was very old and not updated... Breakfast... Good... But taste should improve...

Clean property, clean linens, overall a good experience and comfortable beds! We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner buffet at the on-site restaurant, and the breakfast buffet equally too! A short ride from the famous temple. This is the best place if you’re visiting the city.

Everything was ok . But check out was a blast , Puja the girl that did the check out was very thorough. She even asked me whether I did take my cell phone charger! Way to go girl!!
