This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. I think the design is the best part. We felt as if we had an entire apartment! An outdoor area, a desk area, the giant two rooms of the bathroom with the shower that brought the sunshine in…so creative and beautiful. We would live in this hotel!!

We arrived a little early and our room was ready for us. When we walked in we noticed how spacious it was, the room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was one of the biggest we’ve had since we started coming to Mexico City, and all the staff were so kind and welcoming. The area it self was great, we were down the street from the main square, so there was plenty of places to eat. But the best part was how peaceful it felt staying at H21, although we were down the street from the Zocolo, it was a pleasantly quiet stay. We will definitely be staying here again next time we stay in the area.

We stayed there for five nights and not only was our room beautiful but it was comfortable and tranquil. The staff were uniformly welcoming and helpful and we loved the neighborhood.

The staff were excellent. The were very helpful in planning our stay in the city with great recommendations. The hotel is beautiful and in close walking distance of many great restaurants. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Coyoacán.

Our experience was tremendous, with the atmosphere, architectural design, amenities and helpful service, we will definitely be coming back a 3rd time! The cleaning staff was incredible, they made our beds, changed our trash and refilled our water everyday. The rooms are beautiful and each have one of a kind architectural design to it. We were fortunate enough to stay in two rooms, both rooms had super comfortable beds, rainfall showers, some cozy robes and slippers, TV access, A/C, mini-fridge, microwave and one room had two stovetops. The most unexpected amenity we received was tea on our last night! This is our second time coming and won’t be our last!

El trato del personal siempre Fue excelente y atento. Las habitaciones son un lujo y muy cómodas - cero ruido y gran decoración. Recomiendo poner cotonetes en las habitaciones.

El Hotel está fuera de serie, viajo mucho y éste me sorprendió de todo a todo más vale que no viajes con camioneta. El estacionamiento es muy angosto. Pero no hay problema. Hay un par de estacionamientos cerca con cargo extra.

Great staff and lovely little hotel in the heart of Coyoacan! The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for food, museums and things to do. They also gave everything a very kind touch, including a little handwritten note for my birthday and a tea tray for our last night! So thoughtful and appreciated!

Adorable, unique room layout to include private patio. Great location in Coyocan! The complimentary snacks, beverages, and water were an added enhancement. Friendly and accommodating staff.
