Food is overpriced and so is the room compared to international hotel brands My room was cramped and very small

Checkin did not offer welcome drink nor mentioned it. Overall staff responsiveness was lacking. Called room service at 6:00 AM for coffee and no one answered for a while. When it was answered we were told that they ran out of milk. First time I am hearing a hotel saying they do not have milk which is very basic.

Hotel was decent. Rooms were smaller for the amount you pay. Staff is courteous. Overall experience was good. Only thing is it's overpriced.

While the infrastructure was as expected, but the service and maintenance was disappointing. Coarse manners (especially the coffee shop and room service) and sheer lack of enthusiasm to serve made the experience bitter.
