Excellent apartment in a very nice location.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement! Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, et la localisation est parfaite pour visiter. Nous nous sommes stationnés dans un parking public pratiquement en face sans problème, mais nous n’avions définitivement pas besoin de la voiture vu la proximité à pieds de tout! Mention spéciale à Anabela qui offre un excellent service, tout en étant disponible et facilement joignable! L’accueil s’est déroulé de façon simple et flexible. Nous recommandons vivement :)

Wonderful stay, comfy bed & clean. We arrived after a very LONG day of travel and my daughter was not feeling well. When we arrived the host was able to get us quickly to our room, which was much appreciated! I would recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about this property in Porto. Anabela was incredibly accommodating and the check in process was easy. There are a few different ways to get to the location (uber, taxi), but we got off at the nearby Bolhão metro station after taking the train in from Lisbon. It's a bit of a hike up the stairs with luggage so be ready but so is every accommodation in Portugal. The place was lovely with nice touches like body wash available, wifi, and good air conditioning. Sleep was easy and the area is super accessible and walkable. Would recommend to anyone.

Hotel is at a very convenient location, short walk to Ponte Luís I Bridge, Porto Cathedral, Livraria Lello, São Bento Station and Igreja do Carmo. Easy check in and check out process, very friendly staff. Room is very clean and new inside.

Location is so good. Pretty easy to access main shopping street, restaurants and cafes. Though sometimes there is some noise because the location is too close with the road, it is still satisfying place to visit

Very good location in Porto, in walking distance from tourist attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping center.

Having the balcony & green space /garden view was a very nice amenity. We could have, but didn’t use the garden because we were so busy touring beautiful Porto. Very convenient and quiet given the urban environment.

It's a really lovely space and very comfortable

Incredible unit in a very walkable part of town with everything we could have wanted. The space was beautiful, with a large and comfortable kitchen/ living area and full bath downstairs and two nice bedrooms upstairs (one ensuite). An amazing value and would stay again.

The apartment was really well equipped as we like to cook when we are away

O quarto é confortável, boa cozinha, bom ar condicionado. A tv é pequena e antiga. O banheiro poderia ter uma ducha melhor, a temperatura da água oscila e se não for rápido a água quente acaba. Mas o maior problema que tivemos foi com a comunicação no check in. Ficou combinado que teríamos alguém para nos receber, mas não tinha. Tentamos nos comunicar pelo WhatsApp, mas não houve resposta, apenas no dia seguinte nos perguntaram se tínhamos conseguido entrar no alojamento. Graças a Deus tínhamos conseguido. Apesar dos pequenos problemas, o alojamento é ótimo, muito bem localizado, perto de alguns pontos turísticos, restaurantes e metrô. Tem uma cozinha bem equipada, com fogão de indução, sanduicheira, microondas, geladeira com congelador, pratos, copos e talheres. No geral gostamos da nossa estadia.

Pros Nice location Clean Our unit is facing the opposite side of the street so it was quite quiet The host was very responsive and helpful. Cons Upstair bathroom is short and small 2 bedrooms are small. Could barely open carry-on luggage on the floor. The stairs to the bedrooms are a bit challenging. 3 storeys of stairs to climb from the ground floor. It should be 4.5 stars but no such option available

Arrived when Guestify office open so checked in with a person. I did see a lock box next to our apartment so I would guess check in easy even after hours. Staff very helpful and had great info on Porto on our arrival. The only problem was we had booked and had confirmed a specific apartment through Hotels.com but we were moved to a different apartment at the front of the building so could be a bit noisy. Great location for transportation, shopping and restaurants. A short walk from Bolhao metro station. Overall a very nice stay.

Ubicación perfecta, con un parking 24h al lado por 12€/dia. El apartamento tenía de todo, y estaba completamente reformado. La cama comodísima y silencio absoluto para dormir. A pesar de que nuestro apartamento era un primer piso hacia la calle estaba perfectamente aislado. La entrada muy rápida y fácil. Además, tienen agua y café como detalle. Por poner un punto de mejora a eso, que obviamente no tendrían por qué hacerlo… ya sería fantástico que tuviese un par de shots de leche (por pedir). Así que el resumen es que ha sido una estancia fantástica!!
