Great property great employees

I stayed at this property in 2023 didn’t have any problems then. This stay March 2025 the room reeked of mold and was infested with roaches!

Este lugar es perfecto para alojarse ya que está en el mismo centro y estás cerca de todo, me gustó mucho las atenciones del personal principalmente la de Ana la chica que está en recepción, de todo corazón gracias y me volvería a alojar allí.

Excellent Location at an excellent price. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly to guests. They make you feel at home, and treat everyone with the utmost respect. Must Stay!

Great location. Staff is very informative

This was not a good stay! My room had roaches , the bathroom shower head was broken. So it sprayed out an excessive amount of water, flooding the bathroom. I told the cleaning lady that shower head was broken nothing was done! The front desk was not very friendly. When I left the hotel the front desk agent forgot that I turned my key in. I was completely disgusted by the unprofessionalism!

Creo que es el mejor hotel para ir a Cartagena, la ubicación es excepcional a 100 metros la torre del reloj, restaurantes, supermercados, a 800 metros caminando el muelle la bodeguita, el personal increíble, la habitación equipada y super linda, Jefferson vende buenos tours, contáctenlo, en el lobby, Richard, Ana, en fin todos, hicieron de nuestras vacaciones unas vacaciones espectaculares.

Buen lugar amabilidad por todos sus trabajadores,y lo q necesites siempre estan en disposicion de ayudarte

My stay at Soy Local Centro Histórico was incredible! The staff were wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The cleaning team was amazing, keeping everything spotless and organized. Most importantly, I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and secure experience!

No tuvimos agua caliente como 3 días y sin agua todo un día. La comunicación un poco difícil porque había que escribir por WhatsApp pues no hay citofono y se demoran en contestar. Hay que subir escaleras con las maletas.

Parking is nearly impossible. Dirty and bit up street and nearby business. Pool is just an oversized bathtub with overgrown plants all around. Bathroom was clean but sofa had notable spots of vomit. Second floor beds and walls are white and you can see mosquitos smeared on the walls and all kind of organic stains. This is just a place to crash but not to relax. Stairs inside the apartment are dangerous. AC worked great but did not reach second floor all that well.

Good location within the walled city but be prepared because the bed is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs so i hope you dont have to use the bathroom too frequently while sleeping because you have to go back down the stairs to use it. That was the only inconvenience in my opinion.
