First class hotel-friendly and helpful staff. Spacious modern rooms. Excellent spa and ski hire on site. Afternoon coffee and cakes a nice surprise. Morning transfer to slopes a real bonus as is bus stop right outside hotel for return after day on the slopes. Would recommend the hotel for a stay in La Clusaz

Chambre impeccable, personnel courtois et disponible

This is a lovely hotel in a good location for the ski slopes (walking distance to the Bossonet lift even with skis and boots, but there is also the option of the free hotel shuttle to get down to the slopes, and then you get the village free ski bus to get back to the hotel at the end of the day if you want to). The hotel staff stand out as being particularly good. Extremely courteous, quick to action any issues, and always someone available to help. We had an unfortunate issue with the people in the neighbouring room to ours, but the reception staff were very quick to try and sort the problem or find an alternative solution. Valet parking in the hotel's car park was beneficial and worth the 18EUR per night charge to avoid having to find a parking space outside. Can't comment on the bar, breakfast or spa as didn't use any of these services. Ski rental was excellent, good equipment and friendly staff member. Rooms were very clean, with good facilities. Soundproofing between rooms is not great (we could clearly hear people in the rooms next to us) but that isn't a fault of the hotel. Notre 2ème séjour dans cette hôtel toujours aussi agréable. Cette fois, nous avions même une chambre ultra spacieuse pour séjourner avec notre enfant (canapé lit) et notre bébé (lit à barreaux) Service impeccable.

Chambre vaste, belle vue, balcon, accès au spa (piscine, sauna, grotte de glace), goûter l’AM, petit-déjeuner extra, le tout dans un établissement somptueux, magnifiques espaces d’accueil, ambiance chic et lounge. Et personnels d’accueil et de service tjrs très aimables, attentifs et efficaces. Un vrai paradis.

Super expérience ! L'ensemble du personnel est génial. L'accueil est courtois, souriant et ouvert à la discussion. La chambre est très propre, très belle et moderne. La recharge du véhicule est incluse dans le prix du parking. La literie est bonne. Le spa est complet, beau et calme. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité. Seul défaut, pas de climatisation. Les nuits furent chaudes.

Toplocatie, idyllische locatie, supervriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden enkel pech dat onze kamer uitkeek op de achterkant van het lokale zwembad van La Clusaz, waar de luidruchtige generatoren 24/24u draaiden. Verder spijt dat we hier maar 1 nachtje als tussenstop waren.

No aircon, hot in the summersun

Un très bel hôtel, facilement accessible grâce à l’arrêt minute devant puis aux différents parkings gratuits à proximité. Propreté exceptionnelle, très bon accueil. Plusieurs possibilités de restauration aux alentours. Au regret de n’être de passage qu’une seule nuit. ;)

Great place to stay for a ski holiday! We enjoyed our time (group of 5) and had a great breakfast every morning, and a free shuttle to the ski lifts. We really had a nice time

Nice hotel. Beautiful breakfasts. Sparkling water for free. Lockers for skis. Excellent location. The beds are a bit hard.

L’hôtel est confortable mais loin des pistes et obliger de se garer dans les parkings municipaux assez chers en plus du déplacement à pieds
