The lady who checked us in was very friendly, especially with our late check in. It was all very quick. The room itself isn't the most modern room you'll get, but it was very convenient, very clean, very spacious, and has a very comfortable bed. Another lady checked us out the next day and that was quick and she was also very friendly. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to people who want to be close to the centre and want convenience.

Quarto com tapetes sujos, cortinas que não serviam nas janelas. Os dois sofás imundos. Não recolheram o lixo no primeiro dia. Cheiro horrível na entrada do hotel. Não recomendo a ninguém. A terceira cama, indicaram um dos sofás imundos. As fotos da internet não condizem com a realidade que vivemos lá.

An affordable bargain. Very close to railway station and tube station and hospital. Nice and helpful staff. I’m 75 and had no problems, but if someone has mobility issues, then the stairs and steps would be an issue there. Overall, we were happy choosing this hotel.

The photos are deceiving. The rooms are not available when checking in. Carpets are dirty. The bed only fit one person. The room was a Sauna and the hotel controls the heating. It was over all a MISERABLE stay and I wanted to check out as soon as I saw my room, but I was traveling alone and never been to London. I did not know where to go. I do not recommend this hotel at all

O quarto era bem grande e limpo. Roupa de cama era boa, equipado com frigobar, microondas e chaleira elétrica. Banheiro limpo e chuveiro excelente. Ótimo custo benefício! A equipe também é excelente, mandam mensagem confirmando a estadia e o check-in/check-out foi bem rápido.

Clean comfortable room. Lovely and quiet, short stroll to tube station. Very friendly staff. Furniture dates but clean and adequate. Only downsides were awful smell from plumbing in the bathroom, lack of pressure from the shower, which also was either scalding or freezing. Would definitely return though, fantastic value for money.

The room was very small. Although clean. Not good if u have any mobility problems. Staff was kind and helpful.

Picking a random small hotel in London is always a lottery. The Vilenza was a good pick: clean and well-run and good value. There was a full-size fridge in the room (bit of overkill for my pint of milk!). The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. The stairs are steep but the duty clerk insisted on carrying my case. I will stay there again if I need to be in that part of London.

Very good 1-night stay at the Vilenza Hotel. Great value for money, room was warm, comfortable and spacious for London. Excellent location for Whitechapel Station, Spitalfields, Shoreditch, etc

Room was OK, but quite worn. Plug sockets detatched from wall, heavily worn fabrics on arm-chairs in room, shower controls reversed and mattress badly stained

We had the best day in the hotel recently, Efer was very fun and made us feel very welcome, room was perfect and a good price, thankyou we’ll be back!

Been here a couple of times. It's a decent place to stay for work trips which is what makes me return. Unfortunately there was a power outage during my last stay that lasted for a couple of hours (not the property's fault) but it was an inconvenience nonetheless
