Amazing hosts, beautiful quirky accomodation, lovely breakfast choice and beautiful area.

The property was brilliant, and the same for both Mick and Kay; they put on an amazing breakfast, which was really appreciated. The cleanliness was important, including the power of the shower; it was brilliant. New Quay was a stone's throw away, which really put the icing on the cake.

We had a wonderful welcome from the host Kay. Absolutely everything was tip-top. Excellent accommodation and the breakfast room was well stocked. The hosts have certainly made every effort to make anyone's stay very comfortable. In our opinion, it has been the best bed and breakfast we have had the pleasure to stay at. Thank you Kay and Mick.

Great place to stay near Llandysl Wales. This area is in the country side of Wales. Found excellent food and drinks at the Inn in town. Visited because my ancestors came from there.

Wir hatten 4 Übernachtungen gebucht. Es ist ein sehr schönes und modernes Cottage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mick und Kay (die Gastgeber) haben alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Mein Mann wollte Wurst zum Frühstück essen, was in Großbritannien nicht üblich ist und Kay hat es möglich gemacht. Mick hat uns viele Tipps aus der Umgebung gegeben. Beide waren sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Wir danken beiden sehr und wünschen Ihnen alles Gute!

The best place we have ever been to!! And we have been to many in Whales!! The most wonderful helpful and amazing hosts who even helped us with a flat tire!! Easy access easy to find. Beautiful clean and safe place. Our quilts and bedding and everything was freshly washed for us everything was in impeccable condition and clean and tidy. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and flexible to facilitate your needs. The room was beautiful perfectly equipped. We will certainly be returning and would highly recommend this place to anybody!! 100/100. Thank you so much for giving us the most wonderful experience.

Excellent place to stay, located on the farm, within easy access to surrounding areas, and the owners Mick & Kay really easy to get on. Very much enjoy the kitchen facilities, which is located in a separate building and available to the guests at all time

Spotlessly clean, comfortable. Very congenial and helpful hosts, well stocked fridge, lovely setting. Watch your eyeballs in the shower- very powerful!

Very pleasant place to stay, located in a farm areas surrounded by walk pathways. The owner Mick provided excellent check-in and other services throughout our stay. The cottage room was spacy and clean. The breakfast however is self-service in a separate building, but is accessible all throughout the day

Such a great stay, the hosts are such lovely people, the property is immaculately clean, modern spacious and well equipped. Own entrance and patio overlooking a field. Very nice and safe area only 10 min from Llandysul. Separate kitchen area where you can have breakfast. An absolutely perfect B&B, doubt you can find anything better than this.
