Pros: Property is loacated in a great central location, with lots of restaurants and historic sites around. Cons: it is dirty, and there is the option to have it cleaned for 25 euro, but it should be clean when you arrive, not as an option to be paid as extra. Besides the general cleanliness issue, the apartment smelt like sewer gas - nauseating to say the least and the 'solution' was for the to spray air freshener, which helps for an hour until it dissipates Washer-dryer did not work properly, it could wash but not dry. We chose this specific apartment because we could wash our clothes at the mid way point of our travels, so it was disappointing that it didn't work properly.

Very clean and large property. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Good size and unique property

Our Apartment was in the Centre of Seville close to the Mushroom & close to the No 32 Bus to the Train Station- A perfect position for Sightseeing

Check in procedure a bit complicated. And code required to enter the property was not given till literally 10 mins before check- in time. Not good when your phone is about to run out of battery. Otherwise, a nice conveniently located place with lot of dining options and very close to Setas de Sevilla attraction.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Communicating with the staff was easy from before our arrival until we left. We would definitely go back.

Ideal location for most attractions. Apartment in need of an upgrade as decor very tired, peeling wallpaper, worn furnishings and outside area very unloved

O apartamento tem ótima localização, bem equipado, silencioso com janelas fechadas. A liberação aconteceu de forma tranquila dando tudo certo com o código de acesso enviado. Ar condicionado e Wi-Fi funcionaram muito bem!!

Family needs a clothes airer as the dryer took 3.5 hours to do a cycle. Coffee pods were minimal. 2 pods for two people for two days is poor form. Clothes line on the roof terrace would be useful for families No wine glasses. I emailed them numerous times before the stay but only got a reply when I telephoned them from Spain

Quick find from Las Plazas de Armas bus station, only 15 min. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would stay here again.

At first glance, the room looks very new in the photos, but once you start staying, it’s a different story. The fridge door is damaged, the dishwasher has issues, and the air conditioner sometimes doesn’t cool but only blows air. The photos seem to have been taken when the building was newly finished, but in reality, about two years have passed since then, which is not clearly mentioned.

Séjour exceptionnel ! L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement parfait, à quelques pas seulement des célèbres Las Setas et de toutes les attractions incontournables. Les chambres sont confortables, suffisamment équipées et les terrasses superbes, idéales pour se détendre après une journée de visite. L’avenue peut être un peu animée, mais cela ne gâche en rien l’expérience. Un vrai coup de cœur !

The Shiite was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms. Very easy to get to major attractions.
