Friendly staff and facilities are ok. Outside swimming pool wasn't clean enough.

The overall experience was good and positive. The staff are happy and from a general stand point a positive one. The only issue I would point out is that I arranged for a day trip through the hotel to go to a very historic pagoda. The female staff member told the driver to go to a totally different location than I wanted. This happen once then I thought it would be corrected but she did it again and again I finally said enough and left. This was a small issue as I was able to find a substitute solution. Overall I think was a good hotel and lots of potential for people to enjoy the place. Only issue one might have is that this places location is a little far from the center of services and amenities which takes twenty mins on foot or ten mins by tuk tuk to get too.
