Rooms are clean, the pool was nicely kept and warm there’s a few restaurants on the hotel grounds. The food wasn’t anything impressive but filling enough. The staff are really kind and considerate provided great recommendations as well definitely an overall 4 star hotel but a good experience.

Really nice resort, everything was newly renovated, nice terrace with a view, nice pool and staff. Only flaw was that room was visibly unclean, floors were stained from previous visitors.

The rooms are spacious with large balconies. The staff was helpful, especially Christine who went out of her way to help us when we needed. Thank you Christine.

Room was spacious and practical and there were a lot of sun-beds near the pool. The spa personal was very friendly. However the food and staff were the worst I’ve ever experience in my life. Their food quality and way of cooking it was terrible, raw or burt, breakfast, lunch and dinner, all bad and when complaining, they would get upset, no apologies ever and they would expect you to eat it and pay for it. It was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend to select an all inclusive here, you will end up eating out and overpaying. It’s worth spending €5 in a taxi and going to playa las Americas or Siam mall and have a nice meal with friendly Tenerife people.

Alt var i orden unntatt maten de serverte i utekafeen. Burger servert nesten rå! Forholdene i restauranten var uutholdelige når det gjelder lydforhold/støy. Her må de ordne innredning for bedre lydforhold. Støydemping! Vi måtte bruke ørepropper for å være til frokost! Ellers var personalet hyggelig og særlig i resepsjon.

Overall, our impression of the hotel was very positive. For a relatively low price, you can truly enjoy a nice and relaxing holiday. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection and good quality food. It was a big advantage that the pool water was warm, and the entire area was clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful place, so there was no noise from traffic. It was lovely to open the window in the morning and hear the birds singing. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

I just got back from Gara suites. Reception Staff lovely, Cafe staff was lovely. Breakfast was good I think but only eat once of a night BBQ Night wasnt that impressed. Rooms are lovely and modern I did enjoy myself apart from my Watch going missing in the room. My watch was at the side of the sink in my bathroom and the cleaner had only been in the bathroom to change towels and my watch was gone! I spoke to Reception and the lovely man called Cleaning Department but no look on finding my watch! So have to go through insurance now. (If you are to stay all I would say is make sure you use the safe for expensive belongings and can go missing) Apart from watch going missing it was a nice hotel! Security guards where lovely aswell, very welcoming!

Très propre et agréable à cette saison (janvier). Les chambres ont été refaites avec goût. Un peu loin des commerces et zones d’activité.

Vastaanotossa henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, ja varsinkin yksi rouvashenkilö erottui palvelualttiudellaan ja huumorintajullaan. Hotelli muisti minua syntymäpäivänäni huoneeseen tuodulla kuohuviinipullolla.Allasalue on siisti ja hyvä. Päivällä musiikki on melko kovalla, mutta iltaisin ja öisin allasalue on hiljainen. Onneksi uima-altaita on kaksi, sillä toinen niistä oli remontin vuoksi pois käytöstä koko vierailumme ajan.

Fine værelser, daglig rengøring, venligt personale og dejlig poolområde. WIFi meget langsomt.

La chambre était grande..La nourriture était variée et correcte. Il faudrait laver de temps en temps le sol dans la chambre.

Une personne de l'accueil désagréable à notre arrivee à 9h30 car les chambres étaient données à 15h seulement. Sinon tout était parfait. Chambre de 80m² en duplex avec terrasse à l'étage. Personnel de ménage très courtois. Personnel du petit déjeuner très agréable. Choix important au buffet le matin. Piscine chauffée. Personnel du SPA très gentil. Le point noir 40€ de parking pour la semaine. Très compliqué de se garer aux alentours...prévoir 20 mn pour aller à pieds au bord de mer dans la station...Location par CICAR tres bien et honnête ...

Room was spotless very spacious. Water was leaking from shower tray which was a mess.
