Stayed for Cranfield Uni Grad. Amazingly convenient location (on campus). Brilliant breakfast! Also enjoyed the pool and Hartley’s (pub in the same building).

Check in was seamless and I was greeted with a welcoming smile. Due to my needs I require a certain room, as this was not available upon check in, they made my room change the next day and made sure all the front desk staff were aware. I really appreciated this, so I didn’t have to keep repeating myself. The staff always greeted you with a hello and a smile and the room was clean and fresh to high standards. I always make sure I stay here when working in Bedford and look forward to staying again as always.

Very comfortable stay as always at the management centre. Staff upon check in are always very kind and attentive. I needed to change rooms as my stay was extended and without any fuss they made the change with no problems. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the all of the staff are very approachable and friendly.

Really pleasant reception staff, room was 5 star, clean comfortable and was so surprised at having air con. Great experience and definitely 5 stars in every way.

My rooms was large & comfortable. Apart from the heater it was excellent. My evening meal was a limited buffet that cost £30. Tbh I don’t eat a lot as would have like the option of a small meal.

Very good value for money

I stayed for two nights with my 4yr old as we were visiting the safari park. I was unsure what to expect but I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Staff were very friendly, helpful and the room had what we needed, I felt safe being a solo parent with a young child. We were able to use the pool at anytime , no time rules for children which is rare. Breakfast menu was simple but very nice. Hotel very quiet and calm. My only criticism was the pool was a tad chilly on one of the days but again the staff fixed this very quickly! I would say a better sign for the hotel car park is needed … I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Thank you for a great stay :)

Room was clean and the staff were excellent. Some noise from other residents late at night and rooms very warm. Shower could be better.

Great place

Had a lovely one night stay, room very comfortable with a lovely view of the fields, especially nice at sunset and sunrise. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely

The accommodation is run down and appears to be understaffed. Basic amenities, such as quality pillows, are lacking, and the food is of poor standard. It is disappointing to see this property listed on Hotels.com. I am also surprised that the associated academic institution is not aware of the low standard of accommodation being provided. This experience has unfortunately put me off supporting local businesses like this. I would recommend staying at a chain hotel in the area instead.

Business facility's are great however I did not get time to use the pool

Viaggio di affari. Struttura ben servita ma lontano da qualsiasi servizio esterno. Stanza “fitness” piccola ma funzionale, pulizia non il massimo. Cena buffet molto buona e varia.
