I have stayed at Protaras Plaza several times. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and well stocked. The hotel is close to the beach and the main strip. The rooms and hotel are very clean. I will return to this hotel again.

No towels and slippers for 2nd person and she was in the bathroom and louding. We call to reseptionist but he was alone with guests and couldn't speak. Finally we calm 3 times to come

The half board need looked at the food that was served do not match to the mains and it came out cold

Staff were excellent, breakfast very good and the rooms were clean, bed very comfortable.

Perfekt hotell, 3 minuter från bästa stranden. Underbar frukost med Andrea som frukostvärd. Vi blev uppgraderade till en minisuit. Väldigt lugnt område, kort promenad till alla restauranger och barer. Rekommenderas.

Carpets in the corridors are dirty and old and need replacing

Excellent hotel location and rooms. Its the fifth time we stayed at this hotel as we really like it.... BUT unfortunately the cleanliness of the facilities and rooms is terrible. We stayed at the loft rooms which are really nice and comfy but the room floor was full of beach sand. Even the bed sheets had sand on them. The veranda was like you were in a field full of dust. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling and walls. Maintenance and cleaning service of this hotel needs to be upgraded as it deserves a lot more.

Nice clean hotel in the heart of Protatas... Very close from everything.... Beach is two minutes away.. The Staff is very polite....

Ilmainen pysäköintihalli, helppo kulkea hissillä. Bussipysäkki hotellin edessä, ranta 3 min kävelymatkan päässä, sekä sisä- että ulkoallas, tosin sisäallas avoinna vain klo 8-9.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία, πας με τα πόδια σε μια από τις καλύτερες παραλιες του Πρωταρα. Το δωματιο (loft suite) είναι πολυ άνετο, ευρύχωρο με καθημερινή καθαριότητα και αλλαγή πετσετων. Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι γύρω από την πισίνα, έξω απο ρεσεψιόν κλπ χρήζουν περισσότερης καθαριότητας.

The hotel and rooms were clean, all the staff were friendly, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend and return!!

Rooms were lovely with nice views, great air condition and large balconies. Neighbors were really loud with music playing but hotel staff didn’t seem to react. Cleaning was horrible with excrements on the toilet seat when we arrived and blood stains on sheets which weren’t changed. Breakfast was horrible with not one item cooked or served in an appetizing manner. Coffee tasted like water and the juice wasn’t juice but rather a soft drink. Staff had attitudes which bothered us a few times, and we were checked out a day before planned by mistake so our card didn’t work. Housekeeping marched into our rooms twice while we were there sleeping without knocking first which was annoying. Pool was really lovely but the indoor pool was only open one hour a day. During this hour we couldn’t enter it so it really eas closed all day. Lifeguard seem to be bored and fooled around.
