Perry, was a great host and accomodate

I stayed here a couple of years and then moved areas so was delighted to find it again recently , the rooms are amazing everything you need and the breakfast was just as perfect as I remember, the owner Jenny remembered me from 2 years ago loved it so much booked again for next week - lovely relaxing environment with a homely feel ( just what you need when you travel so much with work )

Made to feel very welcome by lovely hosts . All the things we needed were there, clean and very presentable (even included a fan for this hot weather). Breakfast was tasty and punctual. Parking was on front drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again. ❤️

A very nice B&B in a peaceful location and a pub is just a walking distance away! There is a court yard within the compound where one can relax. We enjoyed our one night stay here and enjoyed our full English breakfast. Thank you.

A lovely little B&B. Perry was wonderful. Very friendly and cooked us a gorgeous breakfast before we left. Clean and tidy and not far from Southwell racecourse (about 7 miles). Would recommend.
