The goods: the lady let us check in 1 hr earlier, the property was cleaned and well maintained. The horse farm is very nice and the horses are super friendly and cute. The bad: the temperature downstairs (living room and kitchen) was very hot without any way to turn it down. We opened the window in the bedroom upstairs but that brought 100s of bugs that were biting us. Between the very uncomfortable temperature and the bugs it was a very bad night. In addition, the property advertised a hot tub which was drained. We planned our day with the hot tub in mind and skipped the other spa activities because of this. To add insult to injury the coffee jar was empty.

We really enjoy our stay, the room and shared bathroom are very roomy and very clean. The shared kitchen was recently remodeled and got everything we need to make our own meal. The surrounding was very lovely by all the animals specially the horses.

A wonderful guesthouse in a beautiful rural area. The couple who runs the guesthouse were both very kind and helped me enjoy my stay. I stayed in a twin room for five days and found the facilities in the house useful and clean. The view from the backyard was fantastic.

Camera e zone in comune molto pulite. C'è una scala per salire nelle camere che non è proprio comoda. Avrei preferito avere la doccia separata dal wc.

Gute Lage, da quasi auf dem Golden Circle und unweit der Laguras Lagune (15 min). Wir hatten Glück und waren die einzigen Gäste. Ansonsten teilen sich aber 3 Zimmer (bis 8 Personen) unter Umständen 1 Bad. Das kann etwas eng werden..

Dirty toilet and shower, fungus in bathroom ceiling, card payment didnt go through, place is old, small beds otherwise nice and spacious with a great view.

Kleines, gemütliches Gästehaus auf dem Lande, leider roch die Bettwäsche nach Rauch, der Rest war ganz okay. Als besonderes Highlight ist der Pool im Garten zu erwähnen.

Clean room, quiet countryside location, thermal tub in the backyard. Be aware, you will be sharing bathroom with 4-5 other rooms.

Check-in at this family home was easy and quick. The rooms had everything you needed. The house is in a beautiful country setting. We could hear the cows moo-ing as we said hello to the local ponies and then settled into the outdoor hot tub. Would highly recommend.

Charming little place.

L'environnement est agréable, très calme. L'accueil a été moyen... En arrivant, on nous demande comme prévu, de régler la nuitée. Avec une majoration, dont nous n'avions pas été prévenu. Pas d'accompagnement à la chambre, pas d'explications supplémentaires. Vers 20h30, nous sommes redescendus pour utiliser la bouilloire. C'est seulement à ce moment que l'on nous informe que la cuisine est privée et que celle accessible aux voyageurs est dans la maison d'à côté mais ferme à 21h. Rien de grave mais c'est mieux de le savoir avant.... Le lendemain matin, nous descendons pour nous rendre à la cuisine de la maison d'à côté pour faire notre petit déjeuner. Mais on nous informe qu'il est l'heure de rendre la chambre (soit une heure plus tôt que l'heure mentionnée sur le site web de réservation...) Sinon, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Une petit odeur de cigarette mais un coup de parfum à suffit à la neutraliser. Le salon commun est génial et la grande salle de bain est top !

we stayed for 1 night in this beautiful property. it was so peaceful and serene. our room had a balcony and we were able to sit, watch the sun set, and take in the vastness of icelandic skies. there was self serve juice and hot cocoas available, which was very much appreciated after a long day of hiking and driving.
