Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Abgesehen von der Putzfrau, die sich mehrere Tage darüber beschwert hat, dass ich ein zu großes Zimmer bekommen habe und dafür mehr zahlen müsse. Sie hat mir das beim Check in persönlich und sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt. Auch am Folgetag war es für sie immernoch ein Thema, über das sie sich lautstark im Flur ausgelassen hat. Sehr unschön und negative Energie.

The stay was lovely. Great location. Lovely complimentary coffee bar and sweets. It was difficult to sleep some nights as there were many loud people on the streets until 4 in the morning. We were told that our room would be cleaned on the 3rd day but it wasn’t.

Alles was perfect echter op de derde verdieping is slecht tot geen wifi. Het is bekend bij de beheerster maar men doet er waarschijnlijk niks aan om het te verbeteren. Dat is jammer anders waren het allemaal 5 sterren.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und von der Größe und Ausstattung top. Lediglich der vorherige Check-in, da wir außerhalb der Servicezeiten der Rezeption angereist sind, verlief nicht so ideal, da nicht auf Mails reagiert wurde. Ich musste erst anrufen, damit ich meine Daten über WhatsApp übermitteln konnte und wir eingecheckt wurden. Um den Türcode rechtzeitig zu erhalten, musste ich auch nochmal anrufen. Telefonisch lief dann aber alles gut. Bzgl. Des Parkplatzes muss man noch anmerken, dass die Unterkunft selber keine eigenen hat, lediglich ein Parkhaus ist sehr nah gelegen, kostet allerdings auch 26€ pro Tag.

I would thoroughly recommend this property. Perfect location for all the attractions, great sized rooms, clean and friendly staff.

Apartment was superb, well laid out, extremely clean, spacious, really comfortable bed, powerful shower. Friendly and efficient check in, really nice touch having coffee/coke etc in reception area for guest. Only down side was our room faced the street which meant noise through the night

Amazing stay with wonderful staff.

Great location, convenient to all the attractions. Room is very clean, and there are some snacks, fruits, soft drinks free for the guests. Double bed is very comfortable, but just a little bit small for two people. Would be great to have a kettle to make hot tea.

Utmerket beliggenhet i Gamlebyen. Butikker og restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. Ren og fresh leilighet. Kunne vært en dør og vegg til taket mot soverommet, da en sov på sovesofa i oppholdsrommet, men gikk fint. Sjekket inn etter resepsjonen var stengt, men fikk god informasjon på WhatsApp om koder og fremgangsmåte. Fri minibar i resepsjonen for gjestene med kaffe, kaker/kjeks og brus. Alt i alt en fantastisk tur og kommer gjerne tilbake.
