One of my favourite hotels to stay in when in Inverness

Fantastic staff, brilliant place to relax after a streesfull job. Were fanastic in offering optiobs when BA ruined the journey home. Resturant was superb and the wine paring excellent.

This was an amazing stay. Excellent, clean rooms, and the courtyards were relaxing. You will seldom encounter such a warm and inviting hotel staff, from the desk, to the bar/restaurant, to the in-room service. Location is perfect. Slightly away from city center so it’s quiet, but, located right on the river, the walks into town are short enough to enjoy multiple times per day. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an upscale experience in Inverness.

Ness walk was lovely. The staff were very friendly. A great hotel close to everything Inverness!

Unbelievable atmosphere; we were met at the door with a big welcome. We were seated in the reception area and offered a glass of champagne while we checked in. We were escorted to our room and familiarized with the amenities. Afternoon tea was wonderful! Everything was wonderful from start to finish! Our host Steve made our stay the best stay in Scotland! .

This property is far from being a true 5-star hotel — I would say it barely reaches a 4-star european level. The accommodation itself was not bad, but it was not what we expected, or at least not what they advertise. The structure is prefabricated, and it shows. The design, furniture, and room décor are all very standard. I have no doubt that it may stand out among the options available in the area, but that alone does not justify a 5-star rating, and certainly not the prices they charge, which are not consistent with either the facilities or the amenities offered. The breakfast and dinner were both acceptable.

Not only is the property perfectly located next to the River Ness and Ness Walk into Inverness but the staff are over the top amazing from the moment you walk until you depart. Mark the concierge was incredible upon arrival. The bar staff were extremely knowledgeable about wines and whisky. We had a perfect stay.

One of our best stays ever, from the moment we arrived we were welcomed with delicious whisky and our lovely room. All of the staff were exceptional and the location is perfect. One of the most comfortable beds ever! Wish we had longer.

Walking didstance to many pubs restaurants and shops. Everything was top notch. BUT wahat made our stay so spectacular was by far the staff. They were so thourough, k7nd and friendly. We came as starngers and left with new friends.
